“Dresses where delivered quickly, unfortunately DPD tried to deliver them to the wrong address, not even in the road I live in, I was very cross as I was going to wear one of the dresses the next day. I had to wait until 3 days later to pick them up from a pick up point as I didn't want them delivered to the incorrect address again.
I have kept one of the dresses but returned the others.
I have had a number of items delivered from you before and never had this problem. I was not impressed either by the apology I received from the carrier.”

I initially emailed the company to clarify dress sizes and received a prompt reply and took their advice to order the next size up as the sizes come up a bit smaller..
I placed my order on day 1 and received it the following afternoon so great service..
The good thing with the company was that updates were provided regularly on when the parcel would be delivered and the fact that a 1 hour delivery window was provided was very convenient, other companies should take note..
Would I order again from Hybrid; yes, I was pleased with the dress and the overall service..

I was suprised that returns were not free by courier so ended up using the post office as told by dps this was the cheaper option.
As the item cost approximately 20.00, I was charged 3.99, which I felt was extortinate.
I will check in future the returns policy of any company before I place an order again.”

“Today 9.12.15 I received my dress from DPD. They dropped the dress in a random house a mile down from my house and left it hanging on a gate. My mom had to go around looking for the dress as it stated it delivered it in the porch!! I may never have received the dress if my mom did not go looking around the village, it was for a wedding and was pure luck that we found it, DPD should ring the house before delivering to find out the location and not just drop it off anywhere! dress is beautiful”

I'm sorry to hear about the problems that occurred while using the Hybrid website. Firstly, we apologise for the parcel arriving late and we have spoken to our courier about this problem and they have unfortunately said the parcel was held up because of the busy Christmas period.
Hybrid sizes do tend to come up a little smaller than usual UK sizes and depending on the material, this will change the fit of the dress.
Unfortunately we do not currently provide free UK returns, but with any refund or exchange we receive, we do our very best to process these on the day we receive them.
