“Hi there I ordered 2 beautiful dresses+1 top and paid by lasercard but when you took the payment I received an e-mail afterwards to say one of the dresses was out of stock and my money for that particular item will be fully refunded (25 pounds sterling)which I haven't received yet!i would appreciate if your customer support could please make sure that when a customer is ordering an item that the item is in stock before you take money from there credit/debitcard!could you please confirm if my debitcard has been refunded the full amount of 24 sterling or the equivelent in Euros!Many Thanks,

“I found this site via another website and must say their customer service goes above and beyond expectations . 1st class delivery and returns system and quality of clothing and styling is superb . The only fault is my sizing as I'm not tall enough for their fitting so too roomy between the shoulders and bust which leaves the dresses not quite fitting right. Also ordered size bigger as feel they are slightly on the small size. Very disappointed as I love this company . ????”
