“I really like the dresses, although my only comment would be is they don't really accommodate ladies who are anything over a B cup.... I've tried a few dresses now which fit perfectly over the rest of my body but can't accommodate my chest.
I do think it's very poor that the customer has to pay for returns, considering how much the dresses cost in the first place, the least hybrid could do is cover the cost of any returns. Which is very disappointing.”
“I received my order there were no issues with delivery packaged well. Unfortunately there was a mark on the dress and flaw in the material. I contacted customer services via email regarding the issue and that I needed an excahnge. This was done promptly and efficiently. I have just received exchange dress and great disappointment as the exchange dress is also faulty there are two brown marks on the front of the dress.”

They gave me a time slot for the delivery (4.40-5.40pm) and also asked for a safe place to leave the parcel in case I was out. I waited in all day for the parcel only to receive at 4.45pm a text saying the parcel couldn't be delivered because as no one was in to sign for it. The driver hadn't attempted to deliver the parcel as like I said I was in all day and also I can't see the point of asking for a safe place to leave it if they aren't prepared to leave it there without it being signed for. This meant I didn't receive the dress in time for the occasion which I ordered it. Like I say I was very pleased with service of Hybrid it was DPD I wasn't unhappy with.”
