“I’ve bought lots of bottles from hydrate mate and wouldn’t shop anywhere else. Great quality, good size bottles and easy to drink from. Mine have never leaked. Fantastic customer service, I’ve never been disappointed with any of the products and highly recommend.”

Sorry to hear you had problems with your bottle, Sophie. It is our standard company policy that we receive a photo/video of the issue you're having so we can pass this on to our manufacturers. This also saves getting the product back to us. If it's easier, we can arrange for this to be returned for a replacement. “This bottles are excellent they are strong BPA free and easy to clean. Comes with straw cleaning brush and carry bag. Love the motivational quotes on the bottles and range of colours available.”

“Update. The lovely customer services team contacted me about my bottles and replaced them - so far so good! I use them every single day and I think they're great. Thank you. I have three tracker bottles and they all leak from the seal. I thought it was because they were a few months old but even my newest one leaks. I love the bottle itself but I won't be buying anymore, I've had far too many wet car seats, sofa, floor situations if/when it gets knocked over. I have a thermo bottle too and that is fantastic, took it on holiday and even at the end of the day the water was still cold.”
