“This was my first experience getting something other than the jugs and sleeves from Hydrojug. I have never been more disappointed by an online purchase than the Teal Traveler. The color of the picture versus what I received is INSANE. It looks completely different from the picture AND is not a color I would ever describe as teal. Pretty bummed because teal is my favorite color so I waited around on the travelers until they came out with the color, but what a waste. Nothing more annoying than poor photo representation of products online when that's the only way to purchase them.”
“Turn around time took forever. If you email customer service you get a rude reply basically warning you to not email them. I wanted to cancel my order because so much time had gone by but of course they didn't reply until the order finally shipped. Then once I recieved my traveler it did in fact leak, also it's difficult to suck through the straw. Will definitely be in my only purchase with this company. I have cups from other company's that seem to appreciate the customer.”

“I want to love this cup so much because it is nice looking, doesn't leak, holds a large amount of water, and fits into a cup holder, BUT it came with a little scratch and the rubber seal at the bottom was coming off so it will not even sit on a table evenly. I could let the scratch go, but I’m so annoyed every time I set it down because it won’t sit well.”

“Ordered Travelor cup. I am picky about water. There is a funny aftertaste from the spout or metal used in this cup. I ordered a mystery item and they sent me a product that was not a compatible accessory to this traveler cup. So dumb. 🙃”
“Unfortunately, this hasn’t been the best experience. Ordered one bottle and a sleeve. It took about 2 weeks to send out my order. Now, according to the tracker, it has been sitting in Utah for the last 10 days, not moving. I get it’s busy because of the holidays, but it seems like an excessively long time for a simple order.”

“19 days to receive a product with little update is a long time, website states it takes up to 10 days for your order to be shipped out; it does not take 9 more days to go from west to east cost of America. Product is nice but fulfillment is an issue that is well known to HydroJug.”
“Terrible customer service. 4 days for a response. A canned reply email saying go online and use the chat for faster reply when there is no chat. Or text a number when that doesn’t work either. Takes FOREVER to ship.”
