“I will never buy another product. The customer service was horrific. Couldn't get a status on my order using email or text. And the shipping was a nightmare. I live 20 miles from Ogden and my order took over 3 weeks to arrive. And I've had my product for 3 days and it is already scratching and fading color.”
“Processing times were a bit long but it was disclosed since I purchased cups during a sale. Once processed, shipping was fast. I would prefer if the return policy was more lenient on safety concerns with cups.”
“Terrible experience placed order needing them for a trip and it said 3 days. Once order was placed said it could take up to 10 which was too late. I tried emailing and it said response within 4 days never heard back and I tried calling and no response there either. Them they just shipped them after two weeks.”
“Everything was great with my product. The only concern I had was the shipping times. I understand that businesses are busy but I waited a really really really long time to get my hydrojug! It said it was in American Fork and that is really close to me and then it didn’t move from American Fork for awhile. The next time I checked it, it said it was in Vegas? I was starting to get a little upset. I love my hydrojug but they have got to work on their shipping and customer service.”
“This entire process has been beyond frustrating. I ordered a hydro jug for my daughters birthday on January 9. I still have not received my order. I have went to cancel my order, and you do not have the option to do so on your account. I reached out to customer service and they responded with “please allow 5-10 business days to ship because of our birthday sale”. My daughters birthday has passed and it’s now Jan 30th, an I still don’t have her hydrojug. Honestly, It would be hard for me to order from here again.”

“The elite traveler tumbler. Between work, the gym, and being a mom this is the cup you need. Doesn’t spill a drop when closed and keeps everything cold. It did take a while to ship but it truly is worth the wait!”
“Shipping was quite slow and wasnt aware of the lenthg of time that shipping would take. But overall, I LOVE this jug. I love that i can take my 40oz anywhere without worring about spills while carrying all the "mom" stuff that is required as an active mom with very active boys.”
