I understand there are peak ordering times such as holidays and sales. But they need to figure out their operations and run more efficiently. I wouldn’t order from them unless you’re willing to wait 3+ weeks to receive your order.”

I look forward to getting to try it but after taking 14 days to get a shipping notification and another 6 days for it to actually arrive at the post office I am starting to be impatient. It’s been over a week since it shipped and almost a month since I purchased. I purchased an in stock color so I wouldn’t have to wait so long. I should have just ordered the out of stock color I wanted. It’s been so long I already got this review request.”
“The cup itself is amazing but the shipping part of my order was TERRIBLE… I never got any notification of my cup shipping till AFTER it was DELIVERED!!! It showed up on my doorstep 2 weeks after the order was placed with no notification it had even shipped.”

It’s extremely frustrating to be excited about a product and be told it’s shipped (when you pay for shipping) and unable to track. Will consider other companies before ordering another time from Hydrojug.”

It said it was in American Fork and that is really close to me and then it didn’t move from American Fork for awhile. The next time I checked it, it said it was in Vegas? “I love my cups so much, the colors and quality is amazing. I have 4 so far but will not be getting more due to the awful customer service. I have been trying to get an issue resolved since 1/16/24, it is now 1/30/24. I just wanted to purchase a new lid as mine arrived damaged to my favorite color cup. I was told I could get a mismatched lid, but I dont want something that does not match. Then I was told I could get a different cup but have not heard back for a few days. The cups are great, but if you have an issue youre screwed.”
“This was my first experience getting something other than the jugs and sleeves from Hydrojug. I have never been more disappointed by an online purchase than the Teal Traveler. The color of the picture versus what I received is INSANE. It looks completely different from the picture AND is not a color I would ever describe as teal. Pretty bummed because teal is my favorite color so I waited around on the travelers until they came out with the color, but what a waste. Nothing more annoying than poor photo representation of products online when that's the only way to purchase them.”
