“I ordered my hydro jug 21 days ago. I still have not received the package, yet they sent me an email asking me to review their product. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. They won’t answer calls or emails regarding my package.”
“I ordered my hydrojug on Jan 10th. It did not ship till the 24yh of Jan. It arrived at my home on Jan 29th. I was very disappointed in how long it took to ship. However, the jug its self is nice.”
“In the super short time I’ve had my Hydro Jug, I must say… it’s my favorite! It’s replaced the use of my Stanley. It stays cold the same amount of time, it’s just as pretty (I got the cream color), it doesn’t leak or spill and I don’t have to purchase extra accessories. I just order another one in Sage. “Shopping took forever. Customer service is extremely slow. I got a “free gift” of straws that aren’t even for the water bottle I purchased. The stainless steel tumbler I bought doesn’t even come with 1 single spare straw.”

“I accidentally placed my order under my old shipping address (my mistake due to auto fill). When I reached out to the company the day after my order was placed to edit the shipping address, they told me they could not edit the order once it was placed. This made sense to me until my order did not even ship for 3 weeks. So there actually was plenty of time to find my order and edit the shipping address. My order arrived to the wrong address yesterday. What a waste of $40. I hope whoever received my cup likes it.”
“My cup came with a large scratch down the side that was through the paint. For the price and the amount of time it took to be delivered, I’m quite disappointed.”
“I have been looking forward to receiving my HydroJug, but I was disappointed when I opened the box. My “teal” HydroJug looks nothing like the picture. It should have been called robin’s egg blue. It is definitely not the fun, vibrant color I thought. I will feel it just so I don’t have the hassle of a return.”
“I love my jug. However, I ordered on Jan 8. I received on Jan 30 2024. I ordered a mini jug and mini sleeve. I received a mini jug and a classic sleeve for a 64 oz. So after waiting for one month, I received the wrong order. Terrible customer service and ridiculous shipping times.”
