“I was super excited to get this and have been waiting months for the all black . It was perfect the first few days and now I can’t get the lid off . I’m not the hulk by any means but it suction is so tight that the lid is stuck on . Even my husband can’t get it off . If we can’t get it open I’ll have to return it .”
“I ordered 3 cups on January 9th, I sent an email to cancel my order on January 18, my shipment was sent out on January 23 despite me asking to cancel (no one has responded to me), and my shipment says delivered on January 27. I have not received the actual shipment. It is nowhere to be found despite it saying delivered. I have sent this to customer service, and hopefully this time they will respond and refund my money at this point.”
“Hydro Jug did not acknoledge my return, has cost me time and attitional money for a return. I wouldn't waste your time with their poor customer service, it take days to get a responce via email and they dont have a phone opportunator withing the phone lines when you try to call.”

“Not pleased so far honestly. I placed an order Nov 30th, 23 for 2 travellers, both colours that I really wanted. One in stock, one on pre-order, and the time that my preorder finally came in, January 19th of 24… the other color was sold out, so they refunded me. I emailed in to inquire, and advised my disappointment. And it took a week before anyone got back me, and in the meantime, I ordered another 2 traveller cups. They give me a discount code, to use, AFTER I ordered a second time. I replied, asking if they could please just ship all of my cups together, and refund the second shipping fee, and I didn’t hear back from anyone till after my 1st cup shipped. And then was informed, no, it’s not possible.
Now I’m getting a request for a review, before I’ve even received 1 of my 3 traveller cups. Honestly, super dissatisfied with the experience and disappointed in the service of this company. Which is too bad, as I was going to talk to my boss about ordering these for our client gifts.
The cups may be great - but I’ve been left with a sour taste in my mouth from the experience.”

“You probably should not have sent me the email wanting me to review my new Hydro Jug as I have yet to receive it. The whole ordering process is a joke. I ordered an in stock 40 oz tumbler on January 9th. As of today, January 27 I have yet to receive my order. That to me is absolutely unacceptable. I could have ordered something from Temu and got it quicker. For the longest time it just sat as “unfulfilled “. When it finally did ship they must have sent it by Pony Express from the old west days as it shipped on January 19th and as I mentioned before as of January 27th have not received it. It shows that it made it to my state on January 25th but that’s as far as it has got. So this whole process to me is unacceptable. I just hope and pray that if I ever do get the tumbler that it is as good as people claim. I hate to do a rating on just my order/shipping process but it is part of the overall experience so I have to leave the 1 star rating. Thank goodness I didn’t order as a gift for someone’s birthday or something.”
“I could review it if it ever came in the mail! Reached back out to get a refund, and was told I still need to give it a 10 days from when I’ve received tracking update. It’s been 5 days with no update that it’s been any closer to arriving. Obviously should be here if I’ve received email to review it!!!! Will be disputing charge with my bank. It’s been 3 weeks since I ordered item. Entirely too long to receive item.”
