“This was my first experience getting something other than the jugs and sleeves from Hydrojug. I have never been more disappointed by an online purchase than the Teal Traveler. The color of the picture versus what I received is INSANE. It looks completely different from the picture AND is not a color I would ever describe as teal. Pretty bummed because teal is my favorite color so I waited around on the travelers until they came out with the color, but what a waste. Nothing more annoying than poor photo representation of products online when that's the only way to purchase them.”
“I ordered the Traveler Jug in Sage green. I LOVE it. The straw can be locked in so you can toss and go without worrying of spills, the handle is nice for not dropping/slipping and the color is just beautiful! So happy I finally talked myself into ordering one. And really enjoy the fact it is stainless steel on the inside. I have only had jug for 1-2 days however ice seems to stay for quite a bit!”

“Worth the wait! For a smaller company who had such a huge sale the 5-10 business days was completely understandable! Mine shipped in about 8 days and I received it 14 days after purchase. The BEST water bottle for every reason I don’t like the other big name ones! Main reason is the leak proof lid & soft bottom (you really don’t realize how nice it is u til you have it) THIS IS THE ONOY WATER BOTTLE ILL PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE OF!!!! “I was super excited to get this and have been waiting months for the all black . It was perfect the first few days and now I can’t get the lid off . I’m not the hulk by any means but it suction is so tight that the lid is stuck on . Even my husband can’t get it off . If we can’t get it open I’ll have to return it .”

“I have both a shaker and travel tumbler. I love them both. I love the versatility of the tumbler. I no longer have to choose whether to carry something that fits in my bag, but does not fit in the cupholder in my car, or vice versa. Now i am able to have both in one product and I have experienced no issues with leakage. The shaker is also great whether I decide to use it to carry a warm beverage or smoothie. These products are affordable when compared to other brands and have superior performance. My only negatives are that they are not dishwasher safe and delivery was super slow. But I will definitely order more.”
“Turn around time took forever. If you email customer service you get a rude reply basically warning you to not email them. I wanted to cancel my order because so much time had gone by but of course they didn't reply until the order finally shipped. Then once I recieved my traveler it did in fact leak, also it's difficult to suck through the straw. Will definitely be in my only purchase with this company. I have cups from other company's that seem to appreciate the customer.”
“I ordered 3 cups on January 9th, I sent an email to cancel my order on January 18, my shipment was sent out on January 23 despite me asking to cancel (no one has responded to me), and my shipment says delivered on January 27. I have not received the actual shipment. It is nowhere to be found despite it saying delivered. I have sent this to customer service, and hopefully this time they will respond and refund my money at this point.”
