Worse company to deal with - I cannot even say deal with because no one ever gets back to you or you are not treated like a customer - DO NOT ORDER FROM HYPERLI, they will just scam you

There is a total lack of communication from this company on your orders. No telephone contact no only an email address You can send them 50 emails to queryyour order and lucky if u get response Useless online store. They should refund everyone send shut shop

Worse decision to purchase online from Hyperli, they take your money and earn interest and does not deliver the product nor communicate .Daylight robbery!!!! Aifryer was purchased on the 23 Nov22 was returned y the courier back to Hyperli, due to incorrect Region captured by your staff. I want my money back so I can purchase at another store.My 1st and last online order !!!!!

I bought an item on 16 Nov, and I am still waiting for my order. In fact, Pargo has not even collected the item from Hyperli because they are waiting for the collection to be booked. Lesson learnt, never do business with a company that manages customers via e-mails. And Pargo should consider dropping them as a client because they are making Pargo seem like they are the problem when, in fact, its Hyperli's poor customer relations, controls and management. The only company you can get hold of is Pargo and now they are having to do customer relations for Hyperli.

i placed an order on the 23rd of November for a product around R8000. I have not received any information from Hyperli as yet. My Order still says processing since the 23rd. I have sent numerous emails to them with no response. there are no assurances from their side. I wish there was someone who can take the site down. Innocent hard-working people are getting scammed out their money and nothing is being done about it. please can someone tell me how to report a site. hyperli is the biggest scammers. please people do research before buying from online comapnies that are not reputable. disappoint and heart sore

I bought a blender. After 3 weeks of waiting I received a message that it was delivered and I must enjoy my product. The product was never delivered. My family thought they could treat me to a message for my birthday. What a gift to receive, I was excited and took the day off. On arrival - the place looked dilapidated. Got to the 2nd door as instructed and there was a small room with 2 bed for massage. I was greeted by 2 woman that were not aware of my appointment and looked like they had just come from a night out. I walked straight out. We requested a refund on the 28/10/2022. I received an email that the voucher was redeemed on the 31/10/2022, now they will not pay the money back. NEVER AGAIN - THIS IS A SCAM.

Hyperli should vet this merchant i bought a spa voucher including mani the gel lasted for 2days the environment was not okay with cats going around didnt even offer us water the place was a house with dirty towels for massage and stuffy room😢

Purchased hyperli tagora strawberry farm vouchers, went to the place which was far off from where we live, only to find out from the owner, hyperli fraudulently used the farms name to make sales. They didnt allow us to use the vouchers. Received no response from hyperli!

I bought a fat burning treatment from the online store. Only to discover the wellness clinic meant to provide it doesn't exist. Its a scam. They lured me in to go there and showed me cameras to prove my physical presence at the place. Then redeemed my voucher without providing the services. In the process I was insulting and treated like trash. 1. This is a scam, there is no wellness clinic and I was not given the treatment. 2. When I asked what the treatment entails, that is when i was told am rude and have an attitude. From only trying to understand what I will be getting as a service. 3. She kept on referring to "the product" but not sharing what it is exactly 4. I went there and no laser equipment on site. 5. The lady started conflict intentionally, in order to avoid giving the treatment. 6. She fraudulently redeemed the voucher without rendering the service. 7. She threatened me with police, lawyers, when i insisted on my refund or treatment. 8. She treated me worse that how black people were treated during apartheid. 9. If her services are not for black people, she must state it upfront. No human being deserves to be treated the way I was treated. 10. I wish her healing because she is demonic. I bought a Lipodissolve and laser lipolysis treatment sessions Date Purchased: 6/21/2022 The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Ville Bios Office park Building 3 2nd floor, 920 Jacques Street, Moreleta Park, Pretoria, 0044. wellnessclinic.co.za. The lady is running a scam there. She accused me of being rude, refused to give me the treatment. I am glad she did, because only God knows what she was gona inject to my body. Then redeemed the R699 voucher. She insulted me whilst at it too. I wonder how Hyperli is vetting these merchants before onboarding them. Please becareful out there, scammers everywhere. There is no wellness clinic, there was not even equipment to show existence of the clinic.

an order was "Being prepared" since 30 May 2022, ordered and paid 26/05/22. If i did not hound for answers to where my items are, i would still be waiting. Moira got as far as doing a refund, but only half my money was refunded...still awaiting a reason for this. Director and Sales Manager was cc'd on all emails. No responses from Management. This time IT was blamed.

My friend and I bought a spa voucher and contacted the spa immediately after purchase to make an appointment. In our communication to make the booking, we were then told that the instead of the 90 minute massage we were sold, Hyperli had made a mistake and the massage would only be 60 minutes. Disappointed, yet not wanting the admin to apply for a refund and search for a new deal, we continued with the booking. The appointment was confirmed, for the 22nd of May 2022. On the day we were supposed to go, about an hour before our appointment, they called us and canceled the appointment. We then asked for a refund, but we couldn't get it because the 7 days had passed. When we told her we didn't get our refund, an argument ensued and she blocked us on Whatsapp. The spa is Breathe Beauty Studio. This was so frustrating because we lost our money for nothing.

Bought a voucher valid for 3 months for Shumani Restaurant in Woodstock Cape Town and when I called the Establishment to make an appointment they said they no longer deal with Hyperli and are not accepting vouchers. When I called Hyperli I was told refunds can nly be processed within 7 days WTH so why make a voucher valid for 3 months if u can't use it unless accepted withing 7 days and where had my money gone to now? Nobody knows or cares
