“What a brilliant company! They did not have the card that I wanted so they replaced it with one that was even better and didn't charge me the extra for it. Very polite and helpful people. The order was sent very quickly and well packed. Thank you folks.”

“Just perfect from start to finish. I enjoyed shopping for hand crafted gifts on the website because I didn't have chance to call in to one of the gorgeous shops. The gifts arrived beautifully and safely wrapped with a lovely hand written note. Thank you Iapetus: you are wonderful”

“The items arrived really well packaged, I barely needed to wrap them. The additional note book was a lovely touch. Was slightly surprised at size of charm and chain on necklace whilst still being really pretty I felt that some size indication on website would have helped. All in all very happy with purchases.”

“I bought a few things for my family for Christmas, overall nothing too expensive, but the care and attention that had gone into my delivery was so sweet! There was a personal handwritten note on the delivery list (from Callum, hi!) detailing what all the little beautifully, securely, wrapped items were so that I didn't have to unwrap them to check, as well as some Christmas chocolates hiding among the packing peanuts (!!) - it made me feel really happy to see the effort that had been made to ensure everything arrived just perfect (while even saving on wrapping material), the delivery arrived quickly and the items themselves were loved by the people who received them. Thank you so much, will definitely find reason to shop from you again :)”
