“Iapetus is such a pretty and unique shop and they sell very lovely items. I have purchased many things from Iapetus and it will always be one of my favourite shops! The staff are always very helpful and friendly and will make sure the customers experience is positive. I recently purchased a beautiful necklace online and it needed to be handmade and I was made aware that it would take slightly longer due to this. I explained that it was for a gift but that I was happy to wait yet Rexanna asked the artist if she could make me a priority to ensure that it was made and would arrive on time which I was really grateful for and I really appreciate that this was done for me :) thank you very much!”

“Always friendly and engaging. My order arrived within three days in its simple and pleasing eco packaging. The personal handwritten note is a lovely touch. Jim Stringer's stag beetle and the dhari box were as eclectic and beautifully made as all your art and craftwork has been. It's a pleasure buying from you.”

“I have made two orders and both were an excellent product - exactly as described and the website is very well set out and easy to use. The items arrived brilliantly packaged and on the exact day stated - and the delivery was perfectly tracked. Can't fault the service in any way. I shall be looking at more of their items and shall definitely use them again, and I thoroughly recommend them.”

“Lovely selection of goods delivered on time...especially loved the pretty pendant, hope to purchase earrings to go with this. Cards include designs from my favourite Mistletoe Cards.., who guided me to your company.Able to purchase lovely anniversary card...not able to shop personally in lockdown, so this was a bonus! Glad to have found you!”
