“I purchased a pewter hate brooch for a gift, it was easy to order and arrived quickly. The brooch was lovely and thoughtfully packaged without using any plastic. I was kept informed regarding the progress of the order and was also added to the loyalty scheme. I am very pleased with this purchase and I would recommend both the company and this product.”

“Website full of items of loveliness! Very pleased with all that I purchased. My order came very quickly and there was no wasteful packaging, just delicate, turquoise tissue paper around each item. There was also a handwritten note thanking me for my order-a lovely personal touch. Will definitely order again.”

“I have done my recent shopping via the Iapetus website which is very good and easy to use and shows excellent photographs of the products. My first order qualified for free delivery but I decided to collect from the shop as I live in the same town and I thought this would save on packaging and relieve stress on delivery companies. I received an email later the same day to say that my order was ready for collection! I was only in the shop for a few minutes collecting my parcel and they had a traffic light system in place so it felt very safe. The products were either wrapped in tissue or in lovely gift bags or boxes. I was delighted with my purchases and they looked just like they had on the website. I even had a hand written 'thank you' on the bottom of the invoice! You couldn't ask for better service. I ordered a couple more things about a week later and again they were ready for collection the same day. The shop is beautiful, but I'm not a very enthusiastic shopper, so for me I think I actually did better using the website as I could browse for as long as I wanted, come back later, pop things into my basket and perhaps take them out again if I found something I preferred! They stock both expensive and very affordable gifts and if you want ethical gifts from overseas and or gifts made in the UK, then this is your shop. The website gives full details of the artist/manufacturer for all the products. We are very lucky to have this shop in Malvern.”

“I ordered a variety of items. I received a phone call from iapetus to tell me that one item might be delayed, and asking if I wanted the other items to be delivered separately, which was helpful. I was happy with the quality of all the items I purchased.”

“Since March I have shopped on line at Iapetus rather than make the journey into Malvern. I do miss browsing in the shop as it's not the same as on line and the size of articles can be 'distorted'. Having said that, I have nothing but praise for the extensive, and changing range of goods, both inexpensive and more expensive and the speed in which the orders placed have been delivered. All the goods are of exceptional quality, quirky and unique. The staff are very helpful and friendly and a thankyou note always included in the order when it arrives. Well done Iapetus for keeping me smiling, and shopping, in the past 9 months.”

“So simple. Look through the catalogue on-line, select items to place in your basket, add details of where to send it. Then pay. Find you forgot a card to enclose. Choose card, add to basket. Note to link it with 1st order, select collect, and pay. Iapetus do the rest!”
