“I received a canvas print from iCanvas and it came with some indentations from packaging . I wouldn't call it "damage" per se, but I wanted to point out to the companies' support team that thy should review their packaging procedures. I was given the opportunity to have the print replaced, but the indentation on one corner of the print was not enough of a problem for me to return it. I was satisfied that I got the point across, and am satisfied with the whole experience. Maybe I can nudge a little discount on a future purchase ? ;) Peace, Arne”

“picture is clear in the print, but it is on plastic/vinyl covered cloth, which I don't care for. The "canvas" is not tightly wrapped. It is off about 1/8' from the top and the bottom measurements. Not square. I don't think I would buy another iCanvas, since this is my second one and they are both off in the measurements.”

“I have reached out to customer service about a canvas I ordered and have not heard back at all. There is definitely color discrepancy on the canvas and for the amount of money i spent on it, it should not have any flaws.”

“I saw this beautiful art picture on pinterest. I clicked on the picture and found this advertisement for canvas art on pinterest and was very skeptical. I thought I would order from this company. This company was legit. I ordered a $100 canvas art picture and was very pleased with my merchandise. The merchandise came quick and on time and was packaged carefully. The canvas painting was beautiful and everything I expected. I would order from this company again and highly recommend them to anyone.”

“My first order from iCanvas came earlier than estimated, but it was broken by the carrier. I easily engaged customer service by replying to my original order confirmation and included pictures of the damage. A couple of days later a replacement was delivered. Very easy to work with and I love my canvas art!”

“The Candy Cane Lane print was a perfect addition to my Christmas decorations but it was not mounted evenly on the frame. Unfortunately, it was very noticeable because of the striped border, with one side being a half inch wider than the opposite side. After emailing Customer Service, I received a prompt response and a replacement print was sent to me. It was an improvement over the first print but still uneven. Once again Customer Service responded quickly and I received a third print. Even though it also is a bit uneven, I decided to keep it because it is not extremely noticeable unless you look at the print very carefully.”

“Canvases are beautiful, very good quality, reasonably priced and packaged extremely well. Unfortunately, canvas I ordered did not work for its designated area. This company honors their return policy promise, the process was easy and uncomplicated. Customer Service immiedely acknowledged my return request then provided UPS link to generate prepaid shipping label, paid by the company. Definitely a major bonus when initially unaware if the canvas ordered will work for you until you receive it. I will definitely be reordering from iCanvas sometime in the very near future. Highly recommend doing business with them!”
