“I am very happy and satisfied with the canvas artworks I have received from your company! The artwork is, indeed, intense with vivid colors, and great quality of workmanship! Each of my purchases arrived very quickly, and in very good condition with no shipping dings/damage of any kind! Also, great customer service regarding my first canvas purchase with you! “I purchased a picture for my wife and she loved it. Asked me to purchase a second by the same artist and I did. However, when it arrived I had accidentally ordered the wrong size. To my relief, iCanvas has a satisfaction guaranteed return policy. They reprocessed my order and sent off the correct size right away. They even credited me for the difference in cost (since the intended size was small and thus cheaper). Would definitely buy from again!”

“Icanvas provides a wide range of exceptional art pieces. The art is beautiful, the colors rich, and the products well produced at an affordable price. Customer service is also excellent. I had to cancel an order once, and I was greeted with a friendly, understanding email and a full refund. My only complaint is that sometimes the art that the icanvas site advertises is risqué. I move past what I don’t like, and I understand my preferences for art are not the same as everyone else’s, but I would prefer that they didn’t post suggestive or irreverent images at all. I have been impressed by the great selection and products overall, though. Great service.”

“UPDATE: the customer service team was all over this and offered a replacement if I sent photos of the open box and blemish on the print and sent back. I told them going through the refund process was too much squeeze for the juice and said I would just keep it as is. Unprompted iCanvas then immediately refunded 100% of my order and said I could do what I wish with the print as this was "not the kind of experience we want our customers to have." I did not ask for nor expect a full refund. This is excellent proactive customer service - they did the right thing without being asked. Based on this service recovery experience, I am definitely going to iCanvas first next time I'm in the market for some art prints. They have earned my trust!! Lot's of future value in that. NICE JOB AND GREAT EXAMPLE TO OTHER ONLINE MERCHANTS!!! --------------------------------------- Love the print, was delivered on time, but packaging was opened when it arrived and there was a small blemish in one corner. Happy and disappointed all at once.”

“The reason for 5-stars is easy ... affordable, quality, top rated customer service. Our original delivery arrived damaged. I contacted Customer Service and in a short time Marina was sending us a replacement delivery. The second delivery was in great condition. I would recommend iCanvas to friends and family.”

“Delivery and payment system went perfectly. The painting was not quite what I wanted. I wanted the subject to be children playing and having fun which it was but it looks slightly washed out and dull. Other pictures we`ve purchased have much more vibrant colors. An increased selection of artists portraying children playing and having fun with vibrant colors playing hockey, baseball, tobogganing, skating etc would be an improvement.”

“The art on the canvas was as beautiful as ordered. I am very pleased. A small spot on the corner was scraped in shipping/unpacking leaving a white dot that is only visible upon close inspection.”
