“Art selections are great and delivery is prompt. Their mounting system is terrible. Just a simple little sawtooth hanger mounted to the top of the canvas frame would be fine (and even cheaper for them!). Those ridiculous screws with plastic sheetrock anchors only go in the trash. Nobody is going to drill unnecessary holes in the wall for lightweight canvas!~”

“When I buy a picture that's expensive, I expect it to have a sawtooth hook so that it's ready to go and be hung. My mother is a professional artist and with all her pictures she has either wire hangers on the back or she has sawtooth hooks. It just seems very unprofessional not to have that ready to go. Because then I have to go out and buy one and nail it to the picture so that I'm ready to hang the picture. I don't hang cannabis pictures from the actual frame. Any professional knows that it's not good for the painting or print canvas. It's just frustrating that you're charging that much and then you don't even have it fully complete.”

“WOW! I'm so impressed with your customer service! I absolutely loved a canvas print that I ordered, but unfortunately it didn't go with the the one I had already purchased by the same artist, so I emailed asking for a return label. I was so surprised to learn that I could keep the print AND get a prompt refund!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I've never experienced such outstanding customer service before! Thank you! I will definitely recommend your company to my friends and family. :)”

“It arrived damaged, a small damage but a damage nonetheless, of the plastic supports lodged itself in between the print and the wood frame and cracked the print”

“The 1st set of pictures I received were not large enough for the area so I contacted the company and right away they sent me a return authorization. I sent them back and received the new pair right away. I was having a shower so I needed them rushed. Thank you for the quick reply, handling my problem, and most especially for the beautiful work!!!”

“This is not my first purchase from iCanvas. They are my go-to for quality paintings. This last purchase was just as beautiful as my first. I highly recommend them! One critique though, wish they would wrap all of their paintings in waterproof plastic before shipping. Mail carriers often leave these items out in the open and exposed to the elements on delivery. During rainy season here in Florida, that can mean disaster for a painting on canvas. Having said that I have loved everything that I bought from them!”

“I wanted to exchange my picture for a larger size and iCanvas couldn't have made the process any easier. The time from my initial request to the delivery of my replacement piece took barely a week. The associates I interacted with were both professional and helpful in giving me the info I needed to achieve my goal. In the end I was told to merely pay the difference and keep the original so as not to have to go through the hassle of actually exchanging the pieces. That's great service and really putting the customers needs first! I will definitely buy from iCanvas again.”

“When I opened my order there were pieces everywhere. You have to restretch each of the three canvases. I didn't mind doing it but I don't think I got it as good as factory. Love the paintings. Yes I would definitely order from these folks again!!!”

“My custom canvas was damaged during shipment. I emailed Icanvas and attached a few photos. Very quickly someone responded that they would be shipping out a replacement. They provided awesome customer service as always.”
