“This was my error in ordering the pictures too large, I needed small; they made it easy to return but I thought as soon as the code was scanned the pictures were received by UPS that work would immediately start on the replacements as happens on Amazon. I was just disappointed that was not the fact in their return policy; not only did that not happen, after 3-4 days I asked when I could expect the replacements. It could be up to 9 days. I love the work, I just thought once they were scanned and verified the pics were on their way, my replacements would be started on immediately. That didn't happen.”

“I ordered two 20 x 60 stock landscape photos on canvas. Delivery was fast and on time. However the quality of the prints was disappointing. Both images lacked high definition and were some what blurry. One canvas print has printing imperfections where the color was not consistent. Returning for a refund or replacement was not a viable option as iCanvas requires me to cover the approximately $60 shipping fee - almost 50% of the cost of the print.”

“My canvas order came in a timely, and more importantly, completely intact, and exactly how it is pictured on the website. ICanvas had become my one and only go-to for all my art needs. I have ordered 2 more after receiving my first canvas, and am now expecting a fourth. Absolutely satisfied, and also feel secure to know they will accept my return request within 60 days should I not be satisfied. 10/10 — recommend!”
