IconByDesign was founded by a father and son. We are the fourth and fifth generations in our family to work in the furniture industry. We are committed to designing and crafting easy living furniture that brings calm into your world. We’ve always believed in the tradition of quality and that true success comes from our people, who we consider our family.

“After the furniture arrived at the final mile hub, my experience was that communication/service broke down - 10 days after arriving at the final mile I had to reach out at least twice to schedule delivery - the first delivery failed and no one kept me informed - their software was problematic. I had to call/message/email multiple times to get the furniture delivered. I thought I had been duped. Finally got hold of a driver who successfully delivered my furniture. Unhappy experience, but satisfied with the furniture and would like to order more.”

“Purchasing furniture online can be a bit of a risk, but well worth taking with IconByDesign. Our dining table and chairs arrived in good condition, the oak quality is high, and overall the website photos accurately represent the product. “I ordered the axel table with Olivia chairs. The design makes me happy everyday. This is Incredibly well made furniture that is beautiful, and most importantly brings a family together. The ordering was easy, the delivery was exactly when I was told it would be and white glove service made the whole experience great! Now my family hangs around the table longer. “The furniture is solid, well made, well finished, and well-delivered. I needed delivery at a later date, within a specific delivery window, and within 3 days of arrival at the delivery location, I had two deliveries, consisting of 1) dining table and chairs, and 2) loveseat and coffee table. Adam, of Icon was very helpful, answering questions, and providing assurance our needs would be met. He promptly recalled calls and messages. He did not overpromise. So we had basic furnishings for a new apartment within days of arrival and could not be more pleased. The furniture has crisp clean lines, and will outlive me by decades. If you've found Icon by esign, reward yourself - you will be so far beyond and above IKEA or similar cheaply built quickly deteriorating goods - The simple classic lines and solid construction will last a lifetime and still have value.”

“IconByDesign saved the day! We recently moved into a condo and needed to get some smaller furniture. I found some chairs I liked from Wayfair but the wait was 4 to 8 months before they could be delivered! When I found these chairs by icon just fell in love. I was a little nervous to buy something that I hadn't sat in first… Because it might not be as comfortable as it looked. And I also wanted something that can be delivered in a reasonable amount of time. These chairs fit the bill! They were delivered less than three weeks after my purchase and they are so comfortable with my husband and I sit in them for everything now! The company they used as their delivery service was excellent. The gentleman was very very nice and took all the cardboard and packaging material with them. They helped me look over the chairs for any flaws before signing off.”

“We had a great experience with our table. The delivery team was fast and helpful, getting it set up quickly. We did not the table had a small cosmetic crack, but the Icon team was able to diagnose the crack as minor, and offered a small discount and a set of tools to fill it in, and a complementary table cleaning kit. Definitely will check out their other options for our future furniture needs.”

“Very nice piece of furniture. It is well crafted and they used quality materials. My only suggestion would be to use quiet closing drawer hardware and plastic perimeter rings on the back panel to make the insertion of cords easier. The communication with the company and the delivery of the product was great. I would purchase another item from this company without hesitation.”
