IconByDesign was founded by a father and son. We are the fourth and fifth generations in our family to work in the furniture industry. We are committed to designing and crafting easy living furniture that brings calm into your world. “We received 6 Magnus dining chairs. The fabric and The color of the material is beautiful and we love the style of the chair. The wood is very attractive and is solid oak. The seat is very comfortable, also. Only two issues, with our order. One chair came with a crack, but the company is replacing it very soon. The other issue, is that on the top of the chair, there seems to be a design of a cross. The delivery from Metropolitan went very smooth and the driver was very courteous and helpful.”

“I was a little nervous about buying a couch sight unseen, but I'm happy to report that the Olivia three-seater is everything I hoped for and more. I love the exposed wood frame and the very cool way the pillows are held on by dowels. I was also very pleasantly surprised by the fabric, which has some flecks/variation in the overall "sand" color that gives it a really natural and luxe look. I've also found it to be very comfortable - though I'd note that it's definitely not a deep, cushy, swallow-you-up kind of couch. It feels more more like a comfortable, supportive chair. My only complaint is that the shipping company temporarily misplaced my couch, which resulted in a month and a half delay to receive the item, even though it was in stock when I ordered it. But that was entirely the fault of the shipping company and Icon by Design really went above and beyond to help me get the problem sorted out. The customer service on their side was superb and I would absolutely order from them again.”

“The Magnus extension dining table is awesome! The wood quality is excellent, and the pull-out extension works flawlessly. The customer service is excellent as well. The first time they delivered the table, the table had a scratch and they took it back without question, and delivered a new table to me shortly after. “I took a chance and purchased 4 pieces of furniture for our studio apt. The upgrade was everything I wanted for a ageless, and practical design. The oak furnishings have a sublime coloration and mat finish that seems to go with everything. The Olivia living room armchair is sculptural and beautiful from all sides making it a great choice when placed within a room and not up against a wall. Great experience all around. I’m looking forward to seeing the US line expand to include additional choices in the future.”
