“Placing order was quick and easy. It took some time for delivery confirmation to come through. I was given no date of delivery or time. I took delivery of what I thought was my light to find it was only the base as they came delivered separately which I presumed but not told. When i queried I had only received the base I was told that the light had already been delivered. Which it hadn’t. There seemed to be cross wires at there end. They delivered the light the next day. Apart from the mix up over the delivery, the light is fantastic. I’m so pleased with it.”

“Lampshade was flat packed . You had to stick the lining in the inside yourself then the whole shade .had to use sellotape. Sent it back as looked cheap when done with seams joins etc. 3 weeks later after returning .. stilll no refund !!!”

“The delivery of the fittings was speedy, the quality is strong (I ordered 4 wall lights that I assumed for £17 would be plastic overall but are a strong solid metal) the wire framed shades were good quality but the welding where each half of the frames meet is very apparent (on a number are not even inline but if you put that wall side you would not notice) the problem is the painting is easily damaged by simple scratches which makes install a delicate operation (all had minor scratches upon delivery) but from a distance is unnoticeable, is prefer a metal external screw for the shade but I guess you can not argue for the price”
