“The delivery of my order was really fast and it was packaged really well. However, through my ow fault I had to return the two table lamps I ordered were much smaller than I expected. It is very hard to get a right gauge of size on the website and I didn't look at the dimensions. I returned them for refund by emailing and recieved a very fast and friendly response from a woman called Val Mackay. It informed me how to return the items for free and it was very easy. I will continue to look on the site for exactly the right lamps as I was impressed with the quality of the products, packaging and speed of delivery. I kept a really beautiful light shade that was extremely cheap!”

“The mini Sun is a nightmare to construct and where it is flat packed it will not stay curved. Very disappointed”

“Recently bought a spiky copper light and was surprised when it came flat packed, so thought hey ho I'll assemble it see how it looks. Dispite the fact it took an hour to construct due to panels falling out here there and everywhere the finished product looked cheap and tacky, i ended up giving it away as wouldn't have it up in my house. Overall a very disappointing product.”
