“Bit disappointed with the shade on the lamp. Wasn't aware when buying that the shade had to be rolled around the frame to be made up. The large frame has 2 joins where the material meets and can be seen from every angle, which dosent look great. Quick service and happy with lamp otherwise.”

“Ordered a Harriet Tiffany Bronze and Walnut Ceiling Fan on the 30th Sept 18, delivered by Hermes on the 3rd Oct 18. On immediate inspection found the lamp shade to have some significant damage. Contacted Iconiclights straight away and spoke to a lovely lady called Donna. Donna was remarkably helpful, courteous and professional. Donna assured us that a replacement would be shipped out immediately and we could expect to receive this in two days. That is exactly what happened. As far as company reviews are concerned, they really only have real worth when things go wrong and you experience the response of the customer service you receive. In the case of Iconiclights we give a 10/10 rating. We are very happy with the purchase, the fan/light operates very efficiently and looks very attractive. Thanks to Iconiclights for sorting out the damaged item with such speed, and a special thanks to Donna for her professional and helpful manner.”

“Quality of this floor lamp is terrible. Really lightweight & flimsy. I would of sent it back but my child ripped the boxes open to I’ve decoded to keep it and hide it in the bedroom. I was so shocked when I unpacked the lamp.”
