“Bought a lamp had it two months nothing wrong until came in from being out all day to find the glass cover laying on the floor. Was told they was nothing they could do to me for that to happen must have defective dont buy from this company”

“Our light is absolutely beautiful and we love it, service was great and delivered quickly. However sadly our light was damaged on delivery and we only noticed once it had been put up.”

“Ordered lights for the first time. I was not disappointed design and price fantastic. Everybody who has seen them, in the house has commented how good they look. Delivery was fast kept me posted with tracking order. I would definitely recommend to others to try you won't be disappointined with product and price. I will order again.”

“The lamp shade when it arrived was lovely. just what I wanted. However the delivery service provided by yodel was abysmal. - The first delivery date and time was not met. - I rang Iconic lights who found out that yodel could not find our house, what a load of rubbish, I live in a hamlet with only one road through it. I checked that iconic had our correct phone no. - a 2nd delivery was arranged, but again after the allocated delivery time, no parcel was delivered. Again had to ring Iconic (no tel no etc for yodel) again they said that yodel couldn't find the house. Iconic volunteered to ring yodel to see if the delivery person was nearby. I said I could not wait in any longer, I had to go out, and asked them to cancel the order. when I returned that evening the parcel was on my front door step. Yodel got in touch the following day to say they were going to deliver that day. After the time allocated for delivery, I received an email from yodel to say they had delivered - what a porky pie, somebody had delivered the previous day. So I am really pleased with the product, but really fed up with Yodel's abysmal delivery service.”

“Quick delivery, good communication, part of my light was damaged I phoned was put through quickly to someone and a new part sent that day with no need to send back the damaged part. Great customer service!”

“It would have been a 5* if it want a pain to put together I didn’t realise when I ordered that the shade wasn’t a proper shade and you had to assemble it yourself but after throwing a mini hissy fit and taking a few deep breathes I managed to put it together and I love it... it give of a gorgeous glow and looks perfect in my living room. So all in all I’m a happy girl 👍🏼”
