“Appalling website, tried to order £286.00 worth of lighting. Numbers of each ordered item kept mysteriously changing after entry! Contacted customer services by phone, operator sounded clueless and disinterested, will spend my money elsewhere!”

“It is the first time I have used Iconic lights, my order had a few items which were excellent, unfortunately with delivery one item was damaged,when I phoned to inform Iconiclights they swiftly replaced my damaged item without question or fuss and received it the following day. Highly recommended and will most definitely be using them again.”

“The light fitting is great but when we ordered it online, a £6 bulb was recommended to be used with it, hence we ordered one. This came and it will not fit this type of lamp.....it’s far too big. Therefore we are left with a bulb that is of no use to us. Your web site is rather misleading”

“Still haven't received my product even though I ordered over 7 days ago and paid for next day delivery (it was for a gift). Had so much back and forward with Customer Care via email and over the phone. They made promises to look into my issue and call me back straight away, but never did. Felt like I was having 3 different conversations with Customer Care over email, who kept asking me to confirm my address over and over again. On the plus side they have refunded my next day delivery charge and have promised that my item will be here tomorrow (I'm not holding my breath)!”
