“Ups delivery went well until they handed the package to the post office. It was held up for a week in the postal system. Do not do this again. The postal system is slow and not organized like UPS.”

“Shipping delays caused me to miss my deadline. I do not blame the company for these issues, but the customer service when calling to confirm the issue with the representative was extremely frustrating. I was told I did not pay for 2 day rush shipping which was stated on my receipt. Either way they made me feel as if I was in the wrong with no resolution. Very frustrating as the customer to feel like it’s my fault.”

“Beautiful ornament! Initially I didn’t have a picture I liked so I bought the ornament but didn’t send the picture for a month. Once I did submit the picture, it was quickly made and shipped! The ornament is beautiful and I will always treasure my puppy’s first Christmas and look forward to hanging this on the tree every year. Thank you!”
