“The products are very disappointing. The purchase of placemats made from synthetic plastic literally feels like cheap pieces of paper. They are razor thin and not dishwasher safe like I was originally told prior to making my purchase. They did not tell me that they were wrong about the placemats being dishwasher safe until AFTER my order was printed AND shipped. Shared my disappointment with iCustomLabel and received a fairly negative comeback. Will NEVER purchase from them again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.”

“The label blank I chose overlapped my image. That was on me. But the label sheet sent to me had irregular label shapes some of them had tops cut off. The paper stock was so flimsy, it tore easily when I removed them from the sheet. The adhesive was not able to hold the band in place for more than a minute.”

“Where to even begin with this horrible Etsy store. I made two separate orders. I also paid for two separate proofs. I got ONE proof but it had the wrong name on it. I told them and they corrected the name. But they sent the wrong ornament to the wrong city and now the person that I gifted it to, has to pay additional shipping charges to get it to me in the right city. Now I don’t even KNOW if my second ornament is on the way!!! I ordered these ornaments on December 2nd. I have now sent FIVE messages and haven’t heard back once. I understand it’s the holidays and times are busy but this is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Not just from Etsy but ever. I would say it’s horrible customer service but there is NOOOOOO customer service!!! Buyers BEWARE!!!!!! Just awful.”

“Buyers beware. I originally ordered on Oct 20. It is now Dec 10th and I have yet to receive a correct order. I ordered this large welcome to our wedding sign, 20 table numbers, two bar signs, a guest book sign, and a "In Loving Memory" sign and with my first package I only received the large "Welcome to our wedding" sign so I called and emailed the company right away. I never received a phone call back. The email back basically said it was all printed and they didn't understand and to "look harder" in the box basically and then to take pictures of the box it came in. They ended up resending after another 2 weeks and the order was still missing a sign and I was missing a number 16. Another month later and my number 16 is still incorrect and now it's just comical. IF you get the correct things they are pretty though. Good luck.”

“Not happy with this product. From the picture I thought it would be thicker almost like an actual ornament. It’s just a thin piece of metal. The picture came out really dark as well. Went to a different vender to order a different one. Don’t purchase this item”

“I placed an order but wasn't able to upload the photo I wanted. I was billed with no communication from this company. I have sent 5 emails with zero response and finally logged a complaint via PayPal and Etsy. As a Customer Manager myself, I find this incredibly disappointing.”

“I never received the right item I ordered. On top of that I've emailed you twice about my order not being right and I have yet to receive a reply or the right order. I don't understand this very disappointed oh, I feel like my money's been wasted. I know mistakes happen but I figured you guys would make it right?”
