“The quality was not what I was hoping for in the imaging (slightly smudged) and even though I lined up the picture and the text to the set dimensions before I submitted it everything printed to the left and not centered as I set it. Unfortunately not something I will be able to gift and will be buying another ornament for my wife. I could see this being a good gift if it was properly aligned and the printing was more clear.”

“The ornament is exactly as it looked in the proof, and I LOVE it! I only wish I had known that the back of the ornament is just plain silver-looking metal. I still would have bought it, but I just wouldn't have been surprised, and not in a good way. Maybe it, too, could have had a picture on it? The customer service was FANTASTIC--I wanted a lot more information on it that what was shown in the ad, and they were able to do it with no hesitation. I got to work with a real person, who responded immediately. What a joy! 😄”
