An absolute awful company! I have sent a faultyRadley bag back and still waiting for nearly two month and still do not have a refund, they have £143 to return and no refund. I would avoid them. I have contacted Resolver but still waiting!

You took £19.99 from my bank without my consent I cannot get it back after many emails and writing to head office would advise customers to avoid if possible they must be going bust they have more bull —— than there presenters have sent them all bank statements to prove withdrawal still no refund so your dater is not secure be very careful they could make a lot of money from this scam then go pop regards martin

Ceramic radiator: Why not take a reading of the radiator? Not the inside,very misleading ,as the outer takes longer to heat?

ordered a remote plane for a birthday present , it was supposed to arrive approx 5 days later after 2 weeks i contacted them they said its been dispatched i must take it up with the delivery company , delivery company could not locate it ideal world said id now have to wait 30 days , completely unhelpfull , plus missed my sons birthday . never never again

Bought a firetrap Mens jacket in October after 3times zipping up the jacket the zip is faulty got a ten pound voucher to compensate for a £50 pound jacket as it is five days after returns policy. Disgusted with the quality do not buy

If only I could rate less than one star. I am shocked to see many other consumers have been experiencing the same problem as me, if I had known the company was this bad I would have never dealt with them, why haven't Trading Standards closed this shambles of a business down? Impossible to get a refund for an item I didn't receive. The courier Ideal World use, Evri formally known as Hermes, had great difficulty in delivering my Hoover 'lightweight' upright hoover, I was waiting in when I received emails stating the item was on it's way, then it got cancelled as apparently the hoover was too large too deliver in a standard size eg- Ford Connect. It would be possible to fit the hoover in my personal car which is a One Series! Again they had to reschedule delivery, stated in the email they had to try and locate a bigger vehicle such as a HGV to deliver my item effectively due to the colossal size of this hoover. So, at this time, I decided to give Evri the benefit of the doubt and allow them time to suffice the issue with delivering the mammoth size hoover, after two and a half weeks of emailing and trying to track the hoover everyday, Evri sent me an email of apology that they have lost the hoover!! I emailed Ideal World, they took days to answer, so I resorted to phoning them, they did agree to send another out, three days later it got dispatched, Evri had the hoover for over a week and dumped it in my garden at front of house in plain view of everyone, by the time I got home from work at 7pm, the hoover was not there, called Ideal World they emailed me a form to complete, I sent it back via email, from which I was told that I would receive a full refund in 3-5 days, this has been going on for five weeks trying to get my refund back, they have forwarded this issue to a debt collection company called Moorcroft Debt Recovery, in which I have contacted to inform them to send this back to Ideal World as I do not owe them money, they where understanding and said they will contact Ideal World to find out what is going on. I have also received a letter confirming Moorcroft are in the process of dealing with Ideal World. Still to date I am out of pocket with no refund! I have had to resort to contacting Trading Standards who have told me to send a recorded letter stating by law they have to send me a refund within two weeks of receiving the letter, this has been sent. I don't know what will happen from here, but I will be exposing this company on every internet site going from Social Media to ANY internet platform review sites, I will also be exposing them on Google Search. This company CANNOT be in business when they do not operate professionally and they scam people of their hard earned money. Trading Standards UK please close this business down!!!

Customer service at ideal is nothing short of disgusting they keep saying they will phone you back and they never do sort it out now taking legal action as they are sending in the bailiffs for an item i do not owe

Bought MIE Skincare trio for £39.99 plus postage - had a really bad reaction to the eye serum and hardly anything in the Lip Serum had to throw it away - expensive waste of money. Ideal World wouldn't let me return as I had opened it. Should have used my telepathic powers to see if I would have a reaction before trying it

Bought product money confirmed taken out of bank account but product stayed in basket went on chat, doesn't work, so emailed back and forth, then got reply forwarded to head office reply will take two days, so not only robbed but list a working day chasing up,

Order was cancelled after waiting from August 9th to receive email order was cancelled on August 16th.. however money was debited from my bank AC on the August 9th.. reason for cancellation .. after I had to enquire was 'logistics'.. been a customer for several years but things not good for a while now .

FAULTY and rubbish customer service I emailed you as recently as purchased Spear and Jackson 5L Sprayer but it doesn’t spray. I have followed instructions but just pours out. Very frustrated that because I bought over a month ago and didn’t use until yesterday and am being told because I didn’t report a fault within 14 days I would not get a refund even though it is faulty. I wasted so much of the Enviro-Works 5L Weed Gone Weed Killer purchased as well because it it wouldn’t spray as it is supposed to. Case Reference: SA4638800X - Order Number: OW63924081

I ordered A Digihome 55inch TV from Ideal World cost me £399 in June.When it arrived the screen was cracked and taped up???I contacted I Deal World and was told to send pics which I did.Then I was told to send more details and they said it would be collected by EVRI.It wasn't then after more emails told it would be collected.Again this didn't happen contacted them again and was told Head Office agreed if I send it back my self they would cover all the Postage and Packages etc and a full refund will be given.I have contacted Trading Standards and await their response.I have managed to get a delivery for Tuesday 2nd August and no doubt there will be more excuses.I am a pensioner and saved hard for this tv only to be treated like this.It has caused me a lot of stress and anxiety please do not order anything from I Deal World if this is the way they treat their customers thanks for reading

Irate ex customer. They tried to take £7.47 off of an old card, did not use updated card details, and this is somehow MY fault??? Now sent it through to a debt collector. Not impressed at all, no attempt to let me know payment never went through. Will never ever use this company again.

I did an order on the 25th June for 4 Solar lights. Told order despatched to EVRi to delivery depot but told order delayed. Replacement order sent 9th July and exactly same thing happened. After again inquiring about my order asked to give 2 days to be delivered. Didn't happen so asked again for it to be sorted and believe it or not asked to give another 2 days. Tried chat lines and that really was a waste of time so decided to ring a talk personally to someone and after discussion about all events I was told that the item was now out of stock. Believe it or not I have just been on the ideal world site at 10.57am and there's the item for ordering. Somebody really needs to get a grip of this organisation.

If leanard can replace wrong items sent to me asap he did on his computer why can Luxary replace again wrong items sent to me saying it’s up to the warehouse to make that decision !! What I’ve paid for 3 bengaline trousers but I must take it to Asda which I have no problem only parking ticket to be paid for and you won’t help me with your mistake then to confuse me more Luxary said they will refund me !!! I just want a replacement so how can 2 customer service agents have different rules !!!! And as a customer I’m still blocked because I made a mistake on their credit easy pay ? Which I can’t remember as I’ve always from years ago always paid and been a good customer so things don’t change !!! I felt there was no understanding from customer agent today unlike last time
