“These sticker books were not really what I was looking for. I wanted story books where the child has to find the sticker to fit in with the story. They are for a mentally handicapped lady & the ones I received are not suitable. I will hang on to them as returning them would be to expensive I am sure I will find recipients eventually. The service, however, was first class.”

“My order was delivered promptly. However, one of the books had been slightly damaged in one of its corners during transit due to poor packaging. Costumer services were very good about it: after phoning them, they sent me a new replacement book which arrived the day after I complained. Prompt and friendly service made up for poor packaging and the fact that the books had to be thoroughly cleaned before use as they were covered with a film of dirt/dust.”

“I really like igloo books, the ones I chose this time are for our grandchildren. The books are bright and colourful with wonderful illustrations. The igloo website is easy to order from and the delivery was very fast. Overall this has been a brilliant service.”

“Hello, I do not normally provide feedback with regard to online purchasing experiences, however, I was hoping to get a request from Igloobooks to write a review. I have to say that this was one of the easiest and smoothest online transactions I have encountered. On top of this the product was delivered to the destination address in less than 24 hours without my having to pay additional charges for fast shipments and my nephew was super happy with his new Igloobooks. “I telephoned my order and was given a friendly helpful service with speedy efficient delivery. I was out the first time the books were delivered, and spent some time trying to find out how to get the books delivered to the local pick up store. Although there was a form to fill in for this, there was no way of submitting it.This may be something to do with using an iPad? I was in the following day when the books were re-delivered, but the courier left the parcel with a neighbour anyway - perhaps one of the forms did submit after all?”

“Books all delivered quickly. Prices very reasonable. Very good experience. Only small negative is a couple of the books had a dark dust on them ( presumably where they have been stored) but this wiped of easily with a damp cloth.”
