“I bought the igloo books with trackstraincar several years ago but the vehicles got lost and I now have 2 young grandchildren who are at the age to love them, so I ordered a different book to the ones I have and will use the santa sleigh on the others as well. They love them (ages 21/2 and 3. It would be even better if I could by the little tractor and train as replacements for the lost ones!!”

“I placed an order for my daughter late on Sunday night and received the books early Tuesday morning. One of the books I ordered was no longer available so the operations manager wrote a letter explaining this and sent an alternative plus a book as way of an apology this arrived Tuesday afternoon. I would highly recommend igloo books the customer service has been excellent.”

“Our little one loves these books we now have nearly all the musical books of her favourite nursery rhymes. They have lasted well and we have only had to replace the batteries in one of the books and you ve guessed its her favourite. She dances along to the music and the joy in her face is worth a million, we will keep on buying s she grows. Thank you for making our little ones learning so much fun for us all. Would definitely recommend.”

“I did not receive the books I ordered,I was contacted to say one book wasn't available and another was substituted .But I also ordered song sounds : heads and shoulders and this was changed to Twinkle / Twinkle little star with out informing me .I won't be using them again”

“2 emails over three and a half weeks to state that one of the books I bought did not work for my daughter. I was not interested in a refund but just a replacement book that worked. Not one response to my email leaving me feel conned and out of pocket. Not a good experience at all!”
