Brilliant hoverboard; excellent quality. Delivery was longer than expected with little communication about timescale. Good battery length - approx 3hrs use

Hover board and cart isn’t working properly and it took off without anyone on it and it broke the straps of the cart before we could use it!! Tried several time to contact the company left voice mail messages and emailed them and I reply and this image been ongoing since Boxing Day which is 26th Dec 2018 still nothing from them!!!

Bought the board without issue. Bluetooth stopped working after 2 days. 27.12.18. I have been emailing and phoning the company regularly ever since and to date 21.01.19 I have not received a reply.

Very great buy! Bought it for my 8 year old daughter and she LOVES it, rides it everyday and had became a pro riding it in a day. It's not too fast, only about 6 1/2mph. Definitely not a toy for younger children cause it will take off on you if you're not careful. Can be dangerous just like any other riding toy, but if you plan on buying it you will be very satisfied.

Ihoverboard is THE worst company i have ever dealt with.. i ordered a hoverboard and it came late to start with. the when the hoverboard was opened and my partners daughter tried to use it it was completely broken... i have emailed Ihoverboars 8TIMES about this issue the little girls mother has rang them to no reply from anybody absolutely AVOID at all costs i have had to go to another hoverboard retailer just to try and get the board fixed.

Awful. Product did not work and several attempts via email and teleohone to contact after sales to no avail. Very disappointed. Son heartbroken. Would NOT recommend! The customer services review won’t even let me press on one star!

I ordered a hover board for my 7 year old for Christmas and it arrived in great time and looked fab. However when opening it to charge i found that it had a 2 pin plug !!!! Brilliant !!!! Managed to charge the thing and it seemed ok. After opening it on Christmas day it worked for about 15 mins and then just stopped dead. The little chip boards in the front that house the flashy light have dropped out of place and there is something rattling inside too. I tried the factory re set after finding a video online and have tried to charge several times but nothing !!! :(. I have also sent 2 x emails to the company and tried to use the CHAT box but nobody ever replies. REALLY DISAPPOINTED AND FUMING THAT I HAVE BEEN WELL AND TRULY RIPPED OFF !!!!!!!!

bought it for my 10 year old and she learned how to ride it in 1 day. Now I can't get her off! I jogged 3 miles and the battery power stood up to the test while my daughter rode along side! Very cheap compared to Wal-Mart and she also uses her iPod to stream her fave songs! I highly recommend!!!

I bought two of these as Christmas gifts. Neither one of them worked properly. I emailed them with issues and they responded quickly with a link to a video for factory reset. It took about 30 seconds to do. Now they work perfectly!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Be warned. I ordered a hover board for my sons Santa present and it doesn’t work. They don’t answer their phone or respond to emails. They are not based in Europe. If you check their Facebook page there are loads of disappointed customer reviews. I regret not checking this website before I bought from them. I will lodge a complaint with Trading Standards.

I have brought one refurnished hovrboard , first I am worried about the quality , but after I received this hoverboard. It's almost new , the function is good. I ride it well, the price is very cheap , if you don't want to pay high price for hoverboard. I thinks it's a good choice.
