Please please do NOT purchase this one. Not working at all. You will waste your time and money. I bought this iHoverboard for my son's xmas present. However, it did not working at all. I emailed them several times but they did not reply. So I speak to them, was told it is a battery problem. and then sent to me return label. I finally got a repacement but it has same problem. My son was really upset. Terrible thing begins from here. They never give me my money back. Just say like, only can do half refund. this is really terrible. From the first contact until now, it takes over a month. So please please do not buy these items.

Hover board and cart isn’t working properly and it took off without anyone on it and it broke the straps of the cart before we could use it!! Tried several time to contact the company left voice mail messages and emailed them and I reply and this image been ongoing since Boxing Day which is 26th Dec 2018 still nothing from them!!!

Bought the board without issue. Bluetooth stopped working after 2 days. 27.12.18. I have been emailing and phoning the company regularly ever since and to date 21.01.19 I have not received a reply.

Ihoverboard is THE worst company i have ever dealt with.. i ordered a hoverboard and it came late to start with. the when the hoverboard was opened and my partners daughter tried to use it it was completely broken... i have emailed Ihoverboars 8TIMES about this issue the little girls mother has rang them to no reply from anybody absolutely AVOID at all costs i have had to go to another hoverboard retailer just to try and get the board fixed.

Awful. Product did not work and several attempts via email and teleohone to contact after sales to no avail. Very disappointed. Son heartbroken. Would NOT recommend! The customer services review won’t even let me press on one star!

I ordered a hover board for my 7 year old for Christmas and it arrived in great time and looked fab. However when opening it to charge i found that it had a 2 pin plug !!!! Brilliant !!!! Managed to charge the thing and it seemed ok. After opening it on Christmas day it worked for about 15 mins and then just stopped dead. The little chip boards in the front that house the flashy light have dropped out of place and there is something rattling inside too. I tried the factory re set after finding a video online and have tried to charge several times but nothing !!! :(. I have also sent 2 x emails to the company and tried to use the CHAT box but nobody ever replies. REALLY DISAPPOINTED AND FUMING THAT I HAVE BEEN WELL AND TRULY RIPPED OFF !!!!!!!!

I ordered two ihoverboard but only received one because the other was left outside apparently and still waiting for the matter to be resolved which is now been 8days.

THE WORTH SERVICE EVER! PLEASE DON'T BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY! FRAUD! FRAUD!FRAUD! FRAUD!FRAUD! FRAUD!FRAUD! FRAUD!FRAUD! FRAUD! THE COMPANY IS NOT FROM UK AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONTACT WITH THEM. I THINK THEY ARE FROM CHINA AND BASED THERE. 1)NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE 2)NEVER ANSWER BY E-MAIL THE COMPANY PROMISED The delivery time is 1-3 working days .- IT'S NOT TRUE. ONCE I ORDER THE HOVERBOARD, ONLY AFTER 3-4 WORKING DAYS, THEY ACCEPT MY ORDER AND SEND CONFIRMATION BY EMAIL. THEN THE PARCEL WAS SENT FROM GERMANY AND IT WAS AROUND 6 WORKING DAYS. IT WAS LATE FOR ME AND AS BIRTHDAY PASSES AND I DIDN'T NEED ANYMORE THIS HOVERBOARD. YOU CAN'T TO REFUND THE ITEM, AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR MONEY BACK! AND YOU CAN'T TO SEND THEM BACK THIS ITEM, THE ONLY WAY IT IS REGENT THE PARCEL WITH A COURIER. BUT THE COURIER JUST LEFT THE PARCEL ON THE FRONT DOOR AND I WAS NOT ABLE TO REJECT THIS. AROUND 1 WEEK I WAS ASKING THE POST ADDRESS IN GERMANY TO SEND THEM THIS PARCEL BACK! NEVER ANSWER BY EMAIL, BY PHONE. ONE TIME I WAS LUCKY AND THEY ANSWER TO ME IN ONLINE CHAT AND PROMISED TO SEND ME THE ADDRESS IN GERMANY IN COUPLE OF DAYS! 5 DAYS PASSED-NO ANSWER. OK, I DECIDED TO OPEN THIS BOX AND CHECK WHAT I BOUGHT AS STARTED TO THINK THAT SOMETHING WRONG AND MAYBE THE ITEM IS NOT CORRECT. AS YOU CAN SEE ON THEIR WEBSITE THEY PROMISED INCLUDE BAG AND REMOTE CONTROL FOR THE HOVERBOARDS. MY BOX WAS EMPTY, JUST HOVERBOARD AND CHARGER. I'VE SENT THEM THE PHOTOS TO SHOW THAT THERE ARE NOT BAG AND REMOTE CONTROL. OF COURSE NO ANSWER! ALSO, THE QUALITY-OMG! NEVER BUY THOSE HOVERBOARD. Hoverboard arrived late , wasn't at all what was shown on the web page didn't have the bag or bluetooth remote as advertised, was a cheap imitation board without even a UK plug on it. Customer service none existant when tried to return or refund , when finally got through someone with very poor English said somebody would come to collect before they could refund and surprise surprise no one showed up . RIP off company definitly avoid them.

Avoid this company at all costs.....They have taken my money and even after providing screenshots of order number, paypal transaction and paypal activity report all clearly showing purchase they have not sent item and I am having to open a Paypal case which takes time meaning a little boy might miss out at xmas as I need the refund to buy elsewhere. Do not buy from these people. They ignore emails and never answer the phone. Terrible service. You have been warned

I recently purchased a hover board on the 12th November as of yet it still hasn't arrived said it should take up to 3 working days its over 2 wks now. I've sent numerous emails as of now no reply and have tryed to phone again numerous times and no answer just keeps ringing. Today l eventually got to speak to someone who's English isn't great and lm still no further. Very disappointed customer.

Ordered an electric scooter, they emailed to say one month to wait. Then received an email only have black, not blue, so I said we will take the black. Now advised - when I chased them, that will be two months as it cannot be flown in!. It feels like they are trying to make us cancel the order. Website still shows as stock being available. If we had not promised this to our daughter we would have cancelled,

I so far feel like I have been conned. This appeared to be a UK company but when I rang the UK number there was a long delay (which appeared to be whilst number was diverting) I eventually got through to a Chinese or Oriental lady that could barely speak English. She said she would send me an email...which I have not received yet. This board is called epikgo but appears to be a cheap and probably dangerous generic swegway that has nothing to do with epikgo. I have informed the company epikgo of this and they are speaking to their legal team.
