“When the freight company thought they lost our cot customer service were very helpful and straight on to sorting it out. Thankfully the cot was found and looks perfect in our nursery!”

“From the moment I saw the Incy Oscar cot design I fell in love. I ordered it and was even more amazed by the quality and design features. The smooth matte black is such a stunning finish on the cot. I ended up ordering another one for my second twin and decided to do a twin look nursery for them that’s how much I loved the design. Functionality of the cot is easy and simple which makes it that much better. So obsessed. Ordering the item was a simple online purchase and they got delivered straight to my front door. The process was fantastic. No fuss or problems. Absolutely in love!”

“Love my daughter's OG Polly bed! The colour is the perfect shade of candy floss pink and invokes such joyful feelings of childhood. I also love that so much care has been taken into eliminating nasty VOCs which so often off-gas for years. Thank you Incy xoxo”

“I bought the Rose Gold double bed for my 10 year old daughter. It always looks absolutely stunning and everyone who see’s it comments on how beautiful it looks. The ordering process and delivery was quick & easy, with great communication from the customer service team. Putting together the bed was trouble-free! Definitely no regrets with my purchase!”

“We ordered 2 beautiful kids beds from Incy in rose gold. We have had no problems with them and have stood the test of time with little kids jumping and climbing all over them. Really well built and made. Gorgeous colour and design”

“Price is reasonable and affordable. Design is fashionable and stylish. Customer service was 100% they kept me Informed of delays and holdups at warehouse and shipping, Emails were constantly sent, Christmas and covid caused delays but they did their best to get arrivals out ASAP. Returns and refunds were not an option for us as we didn’t need this service. Second bed we have brought through incy and would definitely recommend their products. Black double bed. Rose gold queen bed.”

“I received the Georgia cot and was terribly disappointed with the quality. From the white paint being chipped on one side of the best, to the legs being so fragile that even the slightest move or push would throw the whole cot/change table off balance. I am shattered as I really wanted this to be our dream nursery but I'll be purchansing new furniture for the baby sooner than later.”

“Worst experience ever!! Ordered the ‘teeny white’ package in March 2021, website listed expected delivery in May (I was due in August, plenty of time!) Finally received at end of June. Both the cot and change table were terrible quality. Issues included - obvious scratches to items - discolouration of the wood - extremely poor craftsmanship (pre cut screw holes not lining up with each other, not enough pre cut holes, backboard of change table not fitting frame, screws showing through) Emailed them immediately with all appropriate paperwork and photos and the refund process dragged over the next 2.5 months. Delays included getting the refund approved, organising the items to be picked up (their choice not mine, I would’ve just throw out), and actually receiving the refund Finally received the refund in mid September with a 6 week old baby and no nursery furniture”
