“I recently joined I Love Kickboxing. I am a new mother of two. I go 3 times a week and already I'm noticing positive results. I have more energy for my kids, I've already lost weight and it's great way to release stress. Great atmosphere and positive energy. I only wish I could go more often. Life as a stay at home mom can be tense and challenging, but this class has given me the time I need to focus on myself so I can stay focused on my kids at home. If you're worried about cost, I was too. It's well worth every penny. I compared it to crossfit and personal trainer prices and this is the best for your buck. I definitely recommend ILBK to anyone wanting a positive change in their lives.”

“I’m so happy to have stumbled upon ILKB Everett, Wa, the atmosphere is not like any other group or team work out I have tried. I love that I can push myself at my own pace but still feel supported and challenged. I have the goal of getting fit after having my son and what I was doing before wasn’t working, I needed an extra push. I was so worried before starting, it has been MONTHS since stepping into a gym, let alone a gym that was going to focus on me. I was worried with my Rheumatoid arthritis I was going to hurt myself or not be able to do a lot of the motions. That was not the case, I was given motificarions for anything that would hurt my body. I’m so happy I didnt let my fears get the best of me, I have been beautifuly sore after every class, I have muscle tone that I didnt know I could see after one month. I will tell you, each time is hard but so worth it. Plus the added treat of being able to get some aggression out is well worth it.”

“My first class I went alone and was nervous for about 30 seconds until I walked in the door & I immediately felt 100% comfortable and very welcome! Everyone there is so nice! The staff is SO friendly, positive, helpful & SOO upbeat, you can’t help but smile and be in a good mood!! Great atmosphere, great people, great workout!! BEST decision I’ve made!! I love iLKB Hanover!!! ❤️🥊”

“ILoveKickboxing has changed my life. I joined six months ago and I've lost 20 lbs. I feel more energized and more confident in my everyday life. The ILoveKickboxing family is amazing, the instructors are so motivating and the members are very welcoming. I would recommend ILoveKickboxing to everyone and anyone!!”

“I am a single mother, work and go to school at night there is no surprise that I am not able to go to the gym often. So when i go i like to build up a sweat. I enjoyed the first session where they worked with you one on one and explained to you the right position. After that initial class it is all on your own. If you get it great if not then try to keep up. It is very high paced and they do not explain to you the terms they use so you spend the class just looking at what others do. Then when it comes to trying to leave it is the worse. I didn't mind paying for two months due to the thought that I would have time to go but out of those two months i didn't even attend 5 classes which was the trial that I bought. When trying to cancel the owner acted direct and tried to sell me on another deal which I would obviously not be able to attend. They did not say anything and so i left it at that. Come to find out two months after that conversation I got a text saying that I owed for two months and if i wanted to cancel I had to pay around $197 plus the two months with a handwritten note. You should be ashamed of yourself. You pride yourself on customer service and that is the least i got. People pretty much pay for the "free" boxing gloves when trying to cancel. Complete waste of time and money should have read at the reviews before buying.”

“I'm 33 years old and hadn't stepped foot in a gym or fitness center for over 5 years. After a major surgery and two kids, fitness was the last thing on my mind. One day a reluctantly went to I Love Kickboxing - Lakeland with some friends for a girls evening, and it turns out...I LOVE KICKBOXING! Not only are the staff members friendly and encouraging, the class is so much fun! Admittedly, I dread the warm-up, but enjoy the bag and partner work so much that I push my way through the warm-up and feel so proud of myself afterwards. I have found a new enthusiasm for fitness and can't speak highly enough for I Love Kickboxing - Lakeland.”

“I always feel a sense of accomplishment when I leave ILKB Cambridge! The instructors motivate me to stretch and stretch and reach my goals. The people are wonderful to workout with, and it is clean and convenient to get to.”

“Hello! My name is Alysia and I’m a former CrossFitter turned iLoveKickboxing lifer! At ILKB-Hanover or Hanny as we tend to call it, they are truly a FitFamily in every way. I never thought I would experience so much love, excitement and encouragement but I have. One thing that I rave to everyone about is how CLEAN this studio is. With so much sweat being dripped all over the mats it would be easy for the place to get…well GROSS but the superheroes instructors all work together to clean the mats after every class in Hanover. I’m not the most fit person in the class (yet! ;) ), but I never feel self-conscious. If you aren’t sure if it is for you, just try it. Maybe you’ll find your new FitFam. One thing is certain, you can’t not smile in these classes. Even when your legs are screaming a smile isn’t far behind. Make sure you say hello! :)”
