“I love kickboxing is an Amazing place to workout I had another membership to a gym I basically got bored with the workout routine I really needed more of a push and Boy did I get it !!! The staff is amazing and on the floor with you the whole time helping you and pushing you to meet your goals ! Not to mention it is fun and the hour flies by I highly recommend this club for anyone looking for more in their workout and its a blast”

“I've only taken a few classes so far. My experience has been challenging (I LOVE A CHALLENGE). I have to modify parts of the "warm up" aka the hardest part of the class and I have to force myself to slow down during parts where I want to go faster because my technique still needs a lot of work. I love that every day class is different. The instructors are encouraging and even other students offer pointers and reminders when needed. You are encouraged to interact with others during class and it's not forced. You get to make the workout your own and you get out of it what you put into it. The locker rooms and bathrooms are clean and well stocked. The ice machine and charging station are a nice touch. Bags are cleaned after every class and the mat is spot cleaned (no shoes on the mat). There are announcements about products to purchase and no pressure to buy. I am excited to see where this takes me in my journey back from an extreme surgery.”

“After I attended my first class I instantly became hooked and signed up as 12 month member! Classes are always different but will always give you a good workout! The instructors are amazing! They push you just when you need that push. They are always walking around giving feedback and motivation! This is not a gym or a class it's a family !”

“The iLoveKickboxing Team has re-energized my life in Federal Way, WA!! The “iLoveKickboxing staff are encouraging, and motivating, and challenge everyone to put forth their best efforts for maximum results!” My wife and I have found the iLoveKickboxing team to genuinely care about our health and success in our journey back into physical and mental fitness! In the last week with three classes complete, I am five pounds down and looking forward my next hour with the iLoveKickboxing Team! I am loving it!! “I have been with ILOVEKICKBOXING for the past 7 months, and it truly is a game changer. I started off in California, and when I moved back to PA, the Warminster crew made the transition so easy and welcoming. The instructors are so incredibly supportive and motivating. Everyone there makes me strive for more physically, mentally and emotionally, It is one of the best decisions I have made in my life, to be a part of this. Every class I go to I feel stronger and healthier, and better overall. When you step into the studio, you immediately feel comfortable, welcomed and like you are ready for anything. I can’t say enough of how amazing this company is, and how wonderful the Warminster team is! My favorite part outside of physically getting better every day, is that every month there is a new charity that they donate to. and allows me to have an impact on others in some way while I am bettering myself. Thank you!!!”

“ILoveKickboxing-Federal Way is the most amazing place. If looking for a workout that is different then the same old routines at the gym or for an extra boost in your fitness journey this is the place to go. It has become one of my favorite places to workout it seriously is the best hour of your day. You could be having the worst day not feeling like working out and by the time you leave the studio you will have a great workout, with a smile on your face. The studio is always clean, the staff is amazing they are so friendly and welcoming, the members of the studio make you feel welcome and included no one is left out. It may seem intimidating at first but just try it out you won't be sorry you decided to try it! So happy to be part of this awesome family!”

“I would’ve rated Ilkb 4 stars but to cancel with them is horrible. I canceled with Ilkb in Aug. I had to start working 2 jobs to take care of my bills so I never had the time to go to any classes. I decided to call in a week before my payment and tell them I can no longer continue paying monthly. They told me I need to give me 30 days notice so I still need to pay for Aug. The manager told me once I pay then I can email her to cancel. I paid my bill for Aug and emailed her. After a couple of days she then sent me another email address. I had to email the corporate office to tell them I want to cancel. Corporate had responded after a few days to tell me I would need to pay 195 and pay for the month of Sept. I advised them I paid 195 just to enroll and now I have to pay an additional 195 to cancel? I also told them when I signed the contract their employees never gave me that information. Corporate responded and said it’s on the contract I signed. They also said I need to give them 30 days noticed so I would be responsible for the month of Sept. I explained to them I contact Ilkb I told them I wanted to cancel. Corporate said they go based on when I emailed them. They are mainly after the money. When I tried to contact Ilkb they kept telling me they don’t know nothing about it and I would need to talk to corporate. Ilkb is nothing special. You are better going to a different place for kickboxing that is more affordable. They would never get another dime from me.”

“I’ve been coming to ILKB for a few months now. Not only have I noticed more flexibility but I also LOVE coming to class. Not only will you have great music to pump you up as you get that sweat on, but you will get to meet amazing people, both instructors and class mates.”

“This is exactly what I've been looking for! I hate exercising, and coming here allows me to exercise while having fun. Literally the best times of my week are coming here. “ILoveKickboxing Friendswood is AMAZING!! The trainers AND members are so friendly and helpful, and don’t make you feel bad if you’re totally lost on your first day. Everyone works with you to make you better than you had been, and the positive support and motivation is something that more places need!! It’s not just about exercising; it’s about having a positive outlook on things and making healthy choices. The health and fitness tips are so helpfu!! I love this place!!”
