So terrible, they don't deliver at your door, we were give a minimum time to collect our package at a certain area which is far from my place, had to take a taxi to meet them there, which is yet unsafe

Terrible! Do not use this company! Order never arrived. After numerous emails was advised the package was left on the street outside the post office delivery address, because it was closed at the time they attended. Surprised, surprise, someone took it. Company refused to take any responsibility. Would give zero stars if I could.

Like everyone else on this review, they claimed to tried to deliver the package but actually lost or stole it and then told me to deal with Ali Express for a refund. Never buy from Ali Express again if such delivery couriers are handling the delivery.

Horrible. They don’t answer messages, or respond with customer service inquiries. They don’t deliver your items and you are forced to request a refund. The absolute WORST.

An order from Instagram is over 2 weeks late, because they could not find my address. After talking several times to them, directing them and changing address to Dubai mall apparently they got lost again and couldn`t locate Dubai mall for 2 weeks. Now the order has expired and they need a new tracking number, while my package is sitting in the Warehouse. Zero customer care and Client complaint management, zero solution on problem, still waiting to see if I will get the package in this year.

If there were 0 stars, imile would have it. 2 packages, undelivered, even though it says signed and delivered, I hope who ever has them enjoys them, cause I never received them. Absolutely shocking company, and I'm being nice when I say this. Customer Service, NIL Tracking, NIL The BBB, has a long list of complaints regarding this company. Stay clear, I will never use any online site, that uses this company again.

very bad experience with imile...Customer Service also not picking the call, Delivery Driver also not responding. every time they reshedule the delivery. and driver asking OTP on whtasapp before delivery the order. This kind of some scam. Sorry to say that. Extremly bad service and very bad experience.

I bought some Christmas gifts from Temu and they did not delivery on time and appear coming but it is not true. Now I am going to travel without the gifts. They not answer email, contact support not work. Don't trust.

I am still waiting for a urgent delivery on a Shein order. Strangely enough, I placed two orders. The first one was given to Imile for delivery, the second one to Aramex. I received the second order quicker than the first. I am stil waiting for Imile to deliver. I'm from South-Africa.

Such a bad service. I messaged the courier guy about the time he was coming, which was around 3:35, and he replied that he would be coming in 30 minutes. After 2 hours, I have messaged him again because he has not come yet. And when I gave my payment, he did not give me the change.

I am compelled to express my extreme dissatisfaction with iMile's shipping service, which has proven to be an excruciatingly slow and inefficient experience. My parcel, sent from Hong Kong to Doha, took an astonishing 8 days to reach Doha customs. The delay is not the worst part; it is iMile's blatant refusal to take responsibility and their inexplicable decision to shift blame onto Doha customs. Despite my concerns and frustration, the customer service representative not only dismissed my legitimate grievances but also had the audacity to suggest that I use DHL instead of iMile. This recommendation is nothing short of an admission that their own service is subpar and unreliable. I expected a certain level of professionalism and accountability from iMile, especially given the competitive nature of the shipping industry. However, this experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, with the company failing at every step – from timely delivery to customer service. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider using iMile for their shipping needs. The lack of accountability, coupled with an unconcerned attitude towards customers, makes iMile a regrettable choice for anyone expecting reliable and efficient shipping services. In summary, my experience with iMile has been disheartening, and I urge the company to seriously reevaluate its processes and approach to customer service.

I paid Shain R150 for shipping fee now the imile demand 93.00 for delivery it is this possible!!! 93.00 for what because I did pay for my goods 😔

I don't like this Imile company at all ,bad communication, they don't pick up calls I don't know why shein chooses this company specifically for south Africa, Buffalo logistics is the best, I hate imile

این شرکت بدترین شرکت حمل و نقل در دبی هست. وقتی قراره بسته ای را به شما برسانند، صبح از جانب شماره رسمی خود شرکت و مامور حمل و نقل در واتس اپ به شما پیام ارسال میشه مبنی بر اینکه بستهٔ شما از انبار خارج شده که به دست شما برسه اما هیچ ساعت مشخصی برای این کار تعیین نمیشه و این به این معنی هست که شما باید تمام روز را در آدرس مدنظر باشید تا مامور تحویل هر وقت دلش خواست این بسته را برای شما بیاورد.

Imile driver at 955pm chose that my premises were commercial and unsafe to leave my parcel. However my premises is a home, not commercial and safe to enter just like other couriers have from other companies. I got a refund from Temu. Also even though I emailed them, guess what? It's a fake email. Tried googling where their warehouse is and definitely can't find it. There's definitely no Sydney Australia number. So get ready to be scammed. At least with Temu, you can get your money back.

I got scammed legit. I ordered a laptop and they handed me a fake, used and locked Chromebook. immediately i called them. I was super nice to them very polite. But they are still ignoring my calls. and costed me more money on phone bills. They work with scammers and they are also scammers them selves. Keep dreaming if you ask for a refund. I don't understand how they are still operating till now in Dubai. I was expecting they would be terminated. Highly don't recommend them. Very dangerous people. Still worried about my personal information.

They never comes or calls instead they will say customer didn't answer..my things from Shein arrived one week ago in jeddah Imile office... every day they're sending OTP almost a week and not delivering...when you track order in Shein commenting customer didn't answer...shein please stop using Imile, no proper phone number to contact them no customer care . Imile extremely Poor service...we might stop ordering from you because of Imile
