“This is the worst delivery company ever seen. They have some inexperience and incompetent delivery people. Did you live very men are trained to lie on the company’s behalf and they’re good at giving you the runaround instead of being straightforward with you. Did you livery men have numbers on the company that don’t exist so when you ask them to talk to their boss they send you different phone numbers I knew neither one of these numbers exists. If I have a choice I will never use this company for any delivery no matter what it is big or small Neurofire not at all.”

Today the driver sent me a message he will be in a position more than an hour drive away from me and i can pick the parcel up from him there.

“The worst company ever, It doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Rude delivery guy shouting rudely refusing to deliver, even though his manager confirmed he will deliver. Trash customer service, the agents weren’t helping, not being honest about delivery and cancelled my delivery last minute. delayed my delivery even more, and the delivery guy is six minutes away from my area. And it’s taking him 2 hours to come, not even exaggerating. In addition, The delivery guy stopped by a restaurant to eat for an hour. So unprofessional so rude worst delivery service ever.”

“Said my order was out for delivery today, then i checked the map tracker and saw that it hadn't even left their facility, tried calling, messaging, etc. and no real person responded other than their unhelpful bot. I tried asking it for actual customer support and it put me in a queue that literally was just stuck on 2 in line for like half an hour, terrible customer service, i hope everything i order is never assigned to this horrible courier.”
“I was told that my package was delivered. I got home to find that, there was no package in sight. Tried calling the number for the courier, which was 0423208520, no answer and unable to leave a message. I went to the iMile website and lodged a complaint and was informed that I would be contacted within 24 hrs and that hasn't happened either. Been trying to call the mobile number provided and still no luck. I even sent a text message to the number. Its extremely disappointing service. I am trying to obtain the photo that is taken when the item was delivered. It's common courtesy to keep to your word.”

“The delivery person called 9 minutes ago and I returned the call and he refused to deliver the package as I hadn't seen the call. I begged him to deliver the package but he was rude and very arrogant. He simply stated that his shift ends in the afternoon and that he can't be certain if he could deliver within the day. Very poor attitude and lack of customer service and care.

Tracking is manipulated to change delivery date without permission. We don't need an AI to answer our query because if actual person can't even explain the reason for late delivery then how can an AI do that.”
