“WORST EXPERIENCE! ALMOST 1 MONTH AND STILL NOT RECEIVED. You cannot phone them, they don't reply on email! They have a whatsupp bot that helps absolutely nothing! My order has been with iMile since +-15/09/24 its already 07/10/24 my order was supposed to be deliverd 28/09/24 and there is still no delivery timeframe 07/10/24 so it takes them a month and longer to deliver an item! Will never recommend them!”

Their delivery time is way too much even though you wait they can not even give you a straight time or DAY !!
They expect you to be home to receive the delivery from the day you ordered to 10 days after ! And 24/7
And when you tell them please tell me in advance or schedule they don’t even listen !!!
I even called the company to reschedule as the delivery was super superrrr rude
And asked them to put it for Saturday as it is my day off and I can get it they said yes sure
Saturday comes guess what
They say they put it for Monday and even I should wait as there is no one to do it for today or I should get it myself !!!

The 2 parcels were returned as driver stated incorrect address when it is the correct address and no other courier company has trouble finding my address.
The driver did not even attempt to call me upon arrival. Or leave a note.
Attempted to call iMile and no answer. Numerous emails no reply. Did the reschedule online no confirmation .I've list 2 parcels sender has no idea receiver has no idea and the courier is uncontactable
