I've tried reaching out to customer service through every way possible but with no response. Hoping that my package one day actually arrives, but I have no way of knowing whether it will or not.”

The delivery guys have no manners to speak and talk in the worst possible manner which leaves me traumatized. Have been following up for more than 4 days via email and calls only to get no proper response and to top it the virtual chat boils my blood as it says to email or call. When you call they don't answer or give a response which makes me want to kill myself to even call them and shoot my bloodpressure.
Please note - I never lose my cool and known to be a person with patience but imile does get on to my nerves. It's 0 in everything and I only wonder how they function.”
