Just it'd be nice if they can notify you when your stuff has been delivered. I have had multiple parcels from Aliexpress and Shein using this service, I don't have time waiting all days to know when my parcel is coming so please can you notify people?
They always deliver before the estimated time just the lack of communication to notify needs alot of work.

“The worst delivery company I have ever had anything sent with it has been out for delivery for two weeks and is still not here. Lazy ridiculous excuses for drivers and customer service. It has said it has been attempted to deliver 5 times and we have been here every single time and no one has tried they have also tried to say the address is wrong so they ask for the correct address and when I give them the same address they say they can see it and it will take 1-3 business days. On the customer service chat they keep not helping me and leaving the chat and are honestly very rude to deal with. There is no phone number to contact for help I have also asked if I can pick it up from their depot no help. I’ve contacted shein to see if anything can be done as that was who chose to use this company. Never again will I buy anything sent with this company you are all disgraceful and I predict your company won’t last long.”

driver did not inform me in advance about the delivery on that day.
delivery was made to a completely different apartment and building, which I cannot identify WHERE IT IS.
There is a signature recorded, but I did not sign any delivery note.
Typically, Shein requires Emirates ID before handing over a package. However, in this case, the package was left outside the door without any verification or contact from the driver.
I urge you to look into this matter urgently and provide a resolution.
I have contacted Shein already and they told me to contact you.
It has been a terrible experience for this shipment as the package was so important to me but was not delivered at all. .

On the POD that I got from Shein it was delivered to the apartment below which is totally not my apartment.

You can clearly see that the room is entirely different, even the flooring does not match. I kindly request you to return my package to me as it is extremely important. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to leave negative feedback on your website and report the matter to the police.

“BUYER BE AWARE. This is the second time I have purchased Goods and both times received a text that the item has been delivered. No it hasn’t as we have CCTV footage showing us that Nothing has been delivered and 2 dogs. I will be taking this further as although time is so precious what we all do, (what I formally do) is think “forget about it” due to time. However getting to the bottom of the situation is now paramount. Honestly I didn’t even think to check the courier company. When I went to insert address details Australia was not even an option. This is complete S%^* considering Australia was an option when taking my credit card details.

“DO NOT USE THIS COURIER COMPANY. Do not purchase from e-retailers who use them. You will not receive your goods. They will "attempt" delivery but "fail", even though address is same is previous orders (with other companies). No customer service, AI chat bot will even just stop talking to you. Will not respond to emails. They are operating fraudulently in Australia, and are abusing their workers. Please report hem to your local consumer affairs so we can get them shut down.”

My order was returned to the Local company warehouse two times because nobody is in our office anymore they deliver the orders outside of office hours and they will not do anything unless you will call them, your order will be pending in the warehouse only. Extremely, Terrible service. The 3rd party Local delivery guys will call you only once and they will put in the tracking that customer cannot be contacted. They know that we are commercial building but they deliver after office hours.
