"Dear Imile Logistics Team,\r\n\r\nI am writing to raise a complaint regarding my package with the following tracking details. \r\n\r\nTracking number: 6111524399856\r\n\r\nOrder No: GSHNP014Q00M5ED\r\n\r\nFROM SHEIN \r\n\r\nI would greatly appreciate it if you could thoroughly investigate the matter before I escalate it further to the police. \r\n\r\n According to Shein's update, the package was marked as delivered. This prompted me to reach out to the Shein team, and I discovered that it was mistakenly delivered to a different apartment. \r\ndriver did not inform me in advance about the delivery on that day.\r\n delivery was made to a completely different apartment and building, which I cannot identify WHERE IT IS. \r\nThere is a signature recorded, but I did not sign any delivery note.\r\nTypically, Shein requires Emirates ID before handing over a package. However, in this case, the package was left outside the door without any verification or contact from the driver.\r\nI urge you to look into this matter urgently and provide a resolution.\r\n\r\nI have contacted Shein already and they told me to contact you.\r\n\r\nIt has been a terrible experience for this shipment as the package was so important to me but was not delivered at all. .\r\n\r\nI have attached correct photo of my building and room apartment \r\n\r\nArmitage Building near dragon mart International City ,Dubai, UAE, room 409\r\n\r\nimage.png\r\n\r\nimage.png\r\nimage.png\r\n\r\nOn the POD that I got from Shein it was delivered to the apartment below which is totally not my apartment. \r\n\r\nimage.png\r\nimage.png\r\n\r\n You can clearly see that the room is entirely different, even the flooring does not match. I kindly request you to return my package to me as it is extremely important.
