“Changed an incorrect address on their site. Parcel was taken back to delivery depot.
I then tried to contact via their chat service. 19 in queue, waited my turn.
NO response to my query. I waited, then waited some more. Queried with hello. No response.
I’ve rescheduled delivery, to the wrong address as it seems it cannot be changed. Will be knocking on the door again to collect parcel tomorrow.”
“Bad delivery company, said they tried to deliver but didn't, hard to contact, i did receive the parcel in the end, but when I did they just left it on the footpath where is could of been stolen easily. Avoid these terrible delivery company's total negligence”

Just it'd be nice if they can notify you when your stuff has been delivered. I have had multiple parcels from Aliexpress and Shein using this service, I don't have time waiting all days to know when my parcel is coming so please can you notify people?
They always deliver before the estimated time just the lack of communication to notify needs alot of work.
They are worse then FastHorse now.”
“I finally received my SHEIN order after so much stress. Thank you for finally delivering all my items, the process was just not pleasant as it took more than 3 weeks with no communication and very vague updates after paying such high customs. From my experience, I would say please improve on your communication, have working lines so customers can at least reach you and improve your WhatsApp communication as the frustration come from the vague responses we get.”
“Delivery guy used intercom , I answered and told him to deliver to suite 809 please . It says right on address slip to deliver to #809 !! He left the parcel on the table by the elevator . Not impressed !!! I have a bad hip and use a walker to get around. This is not the first time this has happened.
Fortunately one of the residents saw the parcel and brought it up to me !! I will be reporting this to TEMU !!”
