Imperial Pest Prevention was recommended to me by my own pest control company, which was rather weird and made me question my current pest control company but that's beside the fact. Anyway I am not going to get in the details about that but I will say they are very knowledgeable, thorough and do great work. Now I have to decide which pest control company to keep. A new one or the one I had for 5 years that recommended another pest control company.”

“I cancelled but reinstated my pest control service today over a slight mishap. I always have it in my notes for the pest control company to call me night before coming out to do any service. Well i saw the work order from the guy who sprayed the booster outside spray and I thought left my gate opened and freaked out. I immediately cancelled even though the office lady reassured me they called the night before. Well I know many do not admit when they are wrong, but I told my wife about it, and they did indeed call her. I was still upset the gate was opened and left that way so I reviewed the security camera and it was actually the lawn cutting guys. I felt like a jerk that I did not even realize that the lawn was cut and immediately blamed them. I had no choice but man up and call and make it right I was clearly in the wrong.”

“We couldn't have asked for a better experience today. Let me just start off by saying that in my opinion imperial pest prevention is the best pest control company around. I only say this because we had carpenter ants for oh let's say 6 months and our other pest prevention company couldn't kill them. We left when the man came out today to treat and came back in a few hours ago, and literally hundreds are all over the house dead. I was grossed out and happy at the same time. Whatever the dudes at imlerial use it straight up works! Insane!”
