“Imperial pest prevention did a termite wood inspection that we needed for our VA loan. Our loan guy at the VA recommended them to us and they did a great job. They got an inspector out the same day and got me the report the same day. The office was even as nice as to send the report to my lender for me also the same day. “Imperial Pest Prevention is the pest pest control company around. As a property manager and owner of a property management firm, I can attest to the fact that we have had a multitude of pest control companies over the years. Imperial pest prevention has by far exceeded expectations in numerous circumstances. We have dealings with homes and properties in some of the not so greatest sections of Volusia county and Daytona Beach so we know that we are going to have some roaches and bed bug cases from time to time because of the clientele and the fact of them moving from property to property etc. With that being said, our call back report over the past two years of having them service our properties has shown a decrease of 42% which is phenomenal compared to past companies who had promised the world in a pest control company. We like the fact that they come out, pick up the keys, run the services, report to us any concerns they see, and can get out fast enough if we ever encounter a surprise or need them. Excellent pest control company that we recommend to our clients.”

“my wife and i used imperial pest control to take care of roaches that we got I think from a used microwave at a garage sale. They did a good job. After the first treatment they were all over the place coming out and dying. They came back like 2 weeks later and did again and it was even better.
