We sent you an order update on 5/26 with the estimated ship date for your special order items and we're happy to see they shipped very close to our projection. “I purchased two 8x10 area rugs from HomeGoods and they still had the label on the back..luckily I was able to find your company by searching online & was so delighted to see that I was able to order the matching 4x6 rugfrom you guys! “I was very surprised—very — that my return of a too-large rug that I had ordered, and would have loved to keep, went unexpectedly smoothly. I had to pay the return shipping, but I felt that was “fair” since you had shipped it to me for free. I feel that you folks have earned the “first look” at any of my future purchases. Sure hope that your stocks, and increased selection, will soon be replenished...!”
