“I stumbled upon Incredible Rugs and Decor while doing a Google search on area rugs. They offered top name rugs at a great price. The feature of being able to upload a photo of your room and try out different rugs was an added bonus! We found a rug we liked at an area department store, but even with it being on sale, Incredible Rugs was a better deal! We ordered the rug and it came 3 or 4 days later, complete with free pad! The Karastan Euphoria Sandstone rug is beautiful and incredibly soft. We had a 5-star experience and are very pleased with our purchase! Now we need to get new furniture and decorate the walls, so please disregard the old in the photo!!”

“The rug is very nice but not the right colors or size (way too big) for our powder room. I am going to have to send it back. I sent the rug back and it was about 5 to 7 days and I had no acknowledgement that the received the rug. Finally contacted someone and they had the returned rug but now over a week and no refund. Keep hearing that the warehouse has to hear from themmanufactor before they can do a refund. This is totally unacceptable and I will never buy anything from then again.”

“Their customer service and communication during the ordering process, information on when the order was being processed, the tracking when the delivery was, and after we received it, were impeccable! They responded to my phone calls and or emails immediately. I wish all companies would treat customers with this much kindness and respect. The carpet is perfect. Knowing that if it wasn't to my satisfaction I could return it made me feel better about the purchase and I was not stuck with it.”

“Finally found the rug I wanted and had coupon for 7% discount and put in online cart to order on 3/28 and got a reminder to get a pad for this rug. So had to search and review this item which took another day. On 3/29 received special email of 22% on orders placed for the next 4 Days. However, in a haste I accidentally placed order for rug/pad from my cart with the 7% discount and didn’t start over to get the new one at 22%. Informed Steve of my situation and he promptly applied the larger discount. The rug/ pad arrived as scheduled and both are beautiful and well worth the money. Great customer service with this purchase!”
