“Wish I had started with this rug mat first. It would have save me a lot of money. It works! No really, it does work! No creepy crawly rug on top of carpet anymore. Worth the money and will save you money if you order it first before you get the standard carpet mat.”

“I needed several rugs for my bedroom after my renovation. I searched several websites and came upon Incredible Rugs and Decor. I knew a little about rugs, browsed the website and made my selection for two small rugs/mats to go beside the bed, one runner for the closet and one larger one for the rest of the room. After placing my order I received a call from the store asking if I'd seen them in person, which I had not. His suggestion was that they send one of the smaller ones to see if I actually liked it prior to shipping all of them as return shipping would be at my expense. This was in my opinion a very nice gesture as they really didn't have to. I agreed, it was sent to me, I loved it, and the rest of my order was sent. I will definitely continue to purchase additional rugs from them as they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy!”

“I found the best price and selection of the rug pattern and sizes I needed. There was Fedex shipping damage on one rug, and a production delay on its replacement but customer service kept me abreast of any updates. I'm very pleased with my rugs and will order again.”

“Not very good …excellent. Wonderful buying process. Every step of our purchase was transparent, honest and fairly priced. Delivery was fast and accurate. Even the advice was decent. Although, please, only take the advice about ordering a sample seriously. Buying sight-unseen is difficult. The effort to translate our description of what we like in a rug into a suggested purchase was a huge miss. What we ended up with (Karastan Spice Market) was spectacular. We’ll be back.”

“Our rug came even sooner than we thought. It was wrapped very well. I thought that it would be thicker than it appears, so am disappointed in that. Not sure what I will do.”
