“The rug is beautiful and works perfectly in my sunroom. So convenient to have a rug delivered than lugging it home from Macy’s where I had first seen it. Pad gift was also very much appreciated. Thanks”

“I have been communicating with Matt and he has been wonderful. He is personable, professional and answers all questions without hesitation. There was a mix up with the samples ordered and I am still waiting for one to arrive. However Matt assured me that the rugs I ordered would be shipped as soon as possible after I have had a chance to view the sample. I will order from this company again...it has been a good experience!”

“Beautiful rugs. I have not received my rug yet, but you have been great on tracking it for me. My only worry is that the color will be what I am hoping, and that I chose the correct size. But on your end, it has been one of the best customer service interactions I have had!”

“This was my first time ordering from Incredible Rugs and Decor and I'll be back! Their website was easy, the order was prompt and the price was just right.
