“Steve sent me additional photos other than those shown on the site which helped me to decide whether the rug was right for my house. The photos show the rug in a completely different light, so I didn’t pay a fortune to send back a big rug that wouldn’t have been right for my house . No sample available. Superb, honest assistance.”

“The rugs arrived in just a few days and were as pictured on the website. Prices were very reasonable and the rugs have a nice look. If only UPS had delivered them to our house instead of a house on another street with the same house number it would have been a perfect transaction.”

“They immediately responded to my order. I am still waiting on a tracking number for the shipment, however with the weather in Texas I don’t want to say that this is their fault. I’ll be glad to review further once I’ve received my order.”

“Although I at first put in wrong shipping address or it got mixed up somehow, the chat person was able to follow up and get everything straightened out. He acted in a caring way with a concerted effort to make sure everything was right. Especially since I was worried. This was a low stock clearance item, and I had been disappointed after ordering a rug from another website--only to be told days later it wasn't available.”
