“I recently purchased an expensive ($3000), hand tied, hand dyed 10x14 rug. It was delivered with no damage to the way it was wrapped for shipping. However, when we opened and unrolled this beautiful rug, I discovered that it had been mishandled by the manufacturer and had a small tear in one corner. I immediately contacted Incredible Rugs and Decor regarding this issue. Frankly, I was worried that I would be 'stuck' because this rug's return shipping cost would be cost-prohibitive. I anticipated 'grief' because I was dealing with an 'online merchant'. To my great surprise, I was given INCREDIBLE SERVICE beyond my expectations!! I was told to photograph the damage and send texted photos for their review. I did so and Incredible Rugs and Decor responded to my issue with what can WE DO to satisfy you?? I was given a variety of options - no cost replacement or an additional discount if I were to keep the rug. I was also given advice on how we could initiate a repair if we were to decide to keep the rug. Because the rug is perfect in every other way and works beautifully in my home, I was willing to accept a very generous refund of the original price. They handled this issue promptly, professionally, with kindness and SPEED!! I am actually positively OVERWHELMED by a situation that could have turned out very differently! This site will be my 'go to' for any home decor needs I wish to fulfill! Matt and Robert were exceptional in providing assistance! This is a GREAT business and I would not hesitate to order from them again!! GREAT JOB Incredible Rugs and Decor!! YOU ROCK!!!!!”

“I was a bit leery about buying a rug online from a company I didn't know, but yours had good reviews so I went for it. Several years ago I bought an OW Kharma from a local store. Recently we rearranged our furniture and decided we needed the rug to be bigger. I found the same rug, 465J4, in the size I needed in your listings and placed my order. I was surprised at how quickly my rug arrived. Even more surprised to have a pad included, and completely satisfied with the products you sent. And, I think the price was about the same as what I paid for the smaller rug locally. Now my living room looks great, and my daughter is using the smaller version in her room. Win, win, and win again!”

“I was notified early this week and asked to select a delivery time. I selected the time, arranged my schedule to accommodate the delivery window of several hours and it never showed up. I called the number provided by the delivery service and was told the rug would not arrive for two more weeks. I read the notification I received via text. I was put on hold and when they returned was told they needed to reschedule for Monday (next business day). I will again have to accommodate the wide delivery timeframe of several hours. Sometime between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. is unreasonable and not showing up at all after I've waited six hours unacceptable!”

We're sorry to hear about the Shipping Carrier delivery issues. It sounds like the SEFL Freight Terminal in Madison, AL is having a driver/truck shortage. We'll reach out to the terminal there to see if we can expedite the delivery. Thank you.
